Leaving early tomorrow with my wife for five days camping in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Hiking, waterfalls, Cherokee History Museum in the day then BBQ, followed by cigars around the campfire at night. Best of all...the park has no wifi and no cell service  |

Just got back. We were completely disconnected except a couple of quick log ins while at lunch in the city about 30 minutes from camp. This was the first time we left our youngest boy home alone for such an extended time so mom wanted to check in. Being completely disconnected for a few days was great! Probably the best thing I’ve done since retirement. The Smokey Mountains were also fantastic...one more item off my bucket list |

Just got back. We were completely disconnected except a couple of quick log ins while at lunch in the city about 30 minutes from camp.
