Conchata Ferrell, the actress known for playing the housekeeper Berta on “Two and a Half Men,” has died. She was 77.
Ferrell died on Monday, Oct. 12, due to complications following a cardiac arrest, according to Deadline. She was surrounded by her family at the time of her death in Sherman Oaks, California.

The youngest son graduates corrections academy today. It's been a very long tough road for him to get to this point. From them losing his application after going thru part of the process, he had to wait 6 months before he could reapply and then go forward. He was scheduled to go to the academy in April but because of the shit show it was cancelled. I think in all it has been close to a three year process for him and we couldn't be more proud of him sticking it out and going after what he wanted to do. My oldest is getting out of the Navy and starting his next chapter in Texas and the youngest is starting his next chapter in Susanville. We truly will be empty nesters now and couldn't be more proud of them both.

A couple of guys I know in our office down there are on evac warning. The winds prevent helicopter use for firefighters. |

Smoke was pretty hectic in the beginning. but the winds were able to blow it away from us.
We housed my wife's cousin and her pug the last few days, Since here place was closer to the fire.
My work put us on work from home the last 2 days. We probably go back in tomorrow.
But man that first day, even with the mask on, we could totally smell the smoke in the building.
And then off topic - idiot dodger fans lighting off fireworks and looting last night. Morons!
