Personally, I need a win today.
I don't need some millionaire athlete telling me what cause they're paid to care about or what I should spend my money on. I just want to watch a hockey game played by the best hockey players in the world. That's all, help me forget about all of life's BS and enjoy a few hours. That is what sports is. Sometimes we forget that in how serious we take all of it but give me some real hockey, playoff-calibre hockey, not the dreck we've been subjected to the past couple weeks, the same dreck we live with everyday.
I'm not asking a lot, I think.
