It was great fun but with the one son in Colorado and the other so busy with his studies it just no longer makes sense for me. We have great memories that our family will never forget. The kids grew up watching this team. Really good times. |

Also pretty sure I won’t be around for at least round one this season. Las Vegas next week then Costa Rica and China after that. May be away most the postseason this time around.

Nope. I am all done after tonight. I can watch postseason in our booth if I want. I gave up my NHL season tickets after the last "work" stoppage. I bought ECHL tickets after that for 1/4 of the price plus way better seats. Since the rink is only about 15 miles from the new home, I'll be going to mostly AHL games with a few NHL games with tix available through work. |

I would like to know... How does Ryan get the nod over Heed. While they have both improved and impressed a little bit at times, I think Heed has more upside at this point in their careers.

I can’t see any path for the Sharks to make it past 6 games in round one...so I assume you won’t miss much. Hope your travels go well. How far is it to go to a NHL game where you live now Its about four hours. Theres a nice hotel and bars/restaurants very close to the stadium so we’ll go and stay for a couple of nights. Its nice being retired |
