Imagine how different things would be in a serious hockey market if after being in a playoff battle they went 3-13 to finish the season. Didn't Philly and Chicago do something similar?

Them getting a pass for the monumental collapse they put on full display after the trade deadline needs more attention and criticism. No real hockey fan was fooled into thinking this was a good team at any point but the lack of will and effort in the last 16 games was something else. It wasn’t just being beaten by better teams, they looked like they didn’t want to be there and it showed in the results.
