man anyone know anyone that wants to buy a house in fullerton?
We have interested parties, just no "pen to paper" if you will. Since we decided to put an offer on our next place but we have 30 days to be in escrow for both.
Man this is what they need to teach you in high school and college! How to buy and sell your house! Plus other things like how to buy a car, make interest on money, etc. etc.

Back to the real world for me. Mom got discharged from the hospital late Saturday afternoon. She is now home resting but still pretty weak but will pull through. Doctor said if I hadn't insisted on bringing her in when I did that she may not have made it. Had a 104 degree temperature and was incoherent by the time I got her to the ER. She had a serious infection and it had turned into sepsis. She was dangerously close to septic shock and if she got there her chances of survival would have been 40% at best.
First day back at work since Wednesday so I have work piled up on my desk.

Absolutely agree with you on high school...calculous, trigonometry, etc isn’t used by probably over 90% of the population so teach the kids how to actually do day to day things...manage a basic bank account, buy car/house, change out a toilet, etc would make much more sense...and be more fun:)

Good not to change his name...he’s going through enough change right now Yeah, I'm doing my best to make his transition to his new home as easy as possible. I thought about adopting this very dog back in November but decided against it because I knew I'd be moving but didn't know where yet. I checked back in February and he wasn't on the site anymore. I looked again last week and saw he was back. Called and scheduled a meeting with the dog and the shelter for Saturday. It was meant to be.

Well done, Red! Looks like a distinguished pup. I foresee day trips to the beach ahead for that dog There will be plenty of roadies for Banjo for sure. Gotta get plenty of training in ahead of doing anything off-leash. This guy has some serious wheels. No chance in hell of catching him if he bolts. Gotta have verbal control... Until then, he'll be leashed. I'm concerned about him realizing he could probably clear the backyard fence if he really wanted to give it a run. Dude is athletic!

The shelter said he's 50lbs.🤔 Not so sure about that. Seems too skinny for 50lbs. Jett was a rock solid 115lbs. Banjo is a midget in comparison.

I think Jett was 85-90lbs by the time he was a year old. His dad was HUGE for a Goldie, 125lbs of rock solid dog. 💪💪

I tried to keep it calm so he didn't freak. Pickles' second goal ended that. Then the WTFs of OT... Oh well, he'll get used to it. New doggo...meet Banjo (shelter name). We're undecided on a name change so Banjo it is... Hello Banjo! Train him to bring you beer. I don't want him to even know where the beer is kept for fear he takes a liking to it and drinks it all while I'm at work!
