it cracks me up that people come and look at our house and our agent gets the feed back from other agents, the common theme is everyone really likes the house and it shows well...
well ok people looking put a damn offer on the table!
apparently a dude who lives in Visalia faced time his daughter and they are very interested in the house, but the bad part is they still need to sell theirs. Which means we need someone quicker than that since we are halfway in our 30 day offer on the new place we want.
OH House Gods please get us an offer like this week!

In the world of not another thing to deal with...
Drove wife's car to work after dropping her off at hers.
Get of out car. and the automatic alarm chirps as I walk away from her 2016 CX-5. Next thing I know hte alarm keeps going off. Shut off. re-start the car. rinse repeat. check all the doors and hoods and hatchback. same thing.
Was able to stop it bu taking the key out of the fob and manual locking it. So far so good.
Look up on the interwebs as to why this does this. Some said could be low battery on car. (f-ing great) and others said you could have a dome light on.
Head back out after an hour and of course the alarm is going off.
Get in the car turn on the alarm and look and sure as shit the dome light is on!
So that was fun!
All fixed now!

We finally had an offer on our house! We countered last night so we await if they accept or not?

COUNTER OFFER ACCEPTED!
We should be opening escrow today and will be in 2 of them.
June 20/21 seems to be about the day we take the new house over.
But 1st next week, I'm playing in the WSOP Big 50 event on Thursday May 30th.
So maybe I can win this thing between that week and the following week to uh you know help us out paying off the new house!

So, unlike the Sharks, in their elimination game cjelliko's LL team trailed 6-11 at the mid-5th inning out of 6 (they were the home team), 8-11 mid-6th, tied at 11 at the end of the 6th, gave up only one run in the top of the extra and finished with a walk-off triple (14-12 total). Tomorrow's the big game, although if they win, they must play that same team again on Thursday.
cjelliko pitched, caught and played 1st base. In 3 at-bats he had 2 walks, 1 2-RBI game-tying double, 2 runs. On defense, 3 flyout catches, 3 tags, 2Ks.

Well, in the Finals cjelliko's team folded 0-15.
However, I don't know how this LL assembles team, the winners were on average 3" taller and a year older than all other teams. They had a 16-0 reg. season score until they lost to us in a meaningless game.
