He disappeared in the garage for some time, and then when he invited us, he arranged the garage furniture to resemble a chair, a counter, a storage shelf and a cash register, piled the grocery items we keep in the garage and began selling them at a variety of prices between $.25 to $1 to the visiting grandparents.

Started the paperwork to put our house on the market!
We want to move closer to our jobs and not spend all our time commuting back to home from work.
We saw a place we liked, but sure as shit, they raised the sell price by 25K.
Price gouging for sure!

We saw a place we liked, but sure as shit, they raised the sell price by 25K. Price gouging for sure! How far is your commute now? Just because they raised the price does not mean you cant counter....Also you can raise your asking price too. |

Just because they raised the price does not mean you cant counter....Also you can raise your asking price too. it's a 50 mile round trip for us. but there are other reasons too. (see earlier posts). just need to get out of a semi bad area. |

Granted, Sharks management handled this very bad...but if they do actually listen to peoples input and get the site back up and running...cudo’s to them. Better treatment than we’re getting from our politicians at this point  |
