Getting a new cell phone tomorrow at verizon. Any thoughts on a Pixel 3 phone from Google? I have it and I like it. I am not a big phone user, though. |

The optimist in me hopes to get down to see a playoff game after snow season is over...the true Sharks fan in me predicts....disappointment. I was inTahoe last week, plenty of snow. Indeed. Vail is keeping Heavenly open weekends through Memorial Day, most likely due to competition from the Ikon pass. It’ll be very limited terrain but likely too much snow on the ground still to start hiking for the season. Might have to just go up the gondola and drink beer on the mountain (the horror!). |

Beer works even better at altitude... Very true. Unfortunately has the opposite effect when you live at altitude and have to come down to sea level. Gets expensive. |

As an even older overweight guy, I will be doing 4.2 miles this Saturday and again two weeks later in Tempe, AZ. Awesome! This was my first 5K. Going to be doing more. I finished round 1 today and look forward to the next one in a couple weeks. I’m glad you’re planning to try some more of them. It’s a good habit to get into. |
