Now for the fun. Jones gets signed somewhere. His SV% goes well above 900. Sharks D finally exposed for their portion of the problem. I think Jones has only been part of the issue here and that may soon get exposed. I think stylistically Jones was a poor fit for how this team played. He wasn’t athletic and it seemed like this team had a tough time controlling rush chances and high danger chances. He was just kind of a positional, shot-blocking, type I thought. But I’m no goalie expert. Also a lot of shots seemed to go right through Jones ever since they restricted sizes of goalie equipment. |

Well... There goes that idea. I wonder if DW knows it is the offseason yet? I think the worst part of all these trades/free agent talks, no one ever mentions SJ as being one of the teams in on the player. |
