Jones has to cover short side there. Yeah Braun let it get through but still. Yeah...but if the puck goes in on the other side, everybody's going to torch Jones for cheating to the near post. Do the Sharks need to hit the gym before entering the ice? These slow starts are nuts... They need to go to school, Hockey 101. So many mistakes, fundamental mistakes, that go uncorrected. Simple positioning errors that are coached to under tens that should be rote by the time they reach the NHL. Their inability to read the play and anticipate what's going to happen rather than just trying to react. How did y'all like that tight little circle Cooter carved in the neutral zone on the first goal? The Sharks skate a lot of circles. A lot. Drives a lot of coaches insane. DeBoob couldn't care less. Probably doesn't know how that might be a bad thing... If the Sharks don't win the Cup, and they won't, they need to shitcan He Who Tans, DeBoob, and the rest of the staff. The window will slam shut at the end of this season. |
