Howdy folks. Just got back from a 7 day trip to San Antonio to see my youngest son at Fort Sam Houston. Always good to be in Texas, but also a good reminder of how much I dislike big cities these days. Crazy traffic and a $90 bbq lunch for just us two had me wishing for home  |

Was it good? Is your son staying on base or preparing to be deployed? |

The place is called Pinkertons and its in downtown San Antonio. He’s headed to Fort Benning next week for some specialized training in April and was told to prepare for deployment to Poland as early as May 1st. |

Its hard to do though. I smoke it often and guess I get it right 75% of the time. Takes 10-15 hours in the smoker. Thanks for the well wishes for my boy. I’d prefer he and all of our military, stay out of the war in Ukraine. |

Brisket, when smoked properly, is absolutely my favorite cut of beef. Its hard to do though. I smoke it often and guess I get it right 75% of the time. Takes 10-15 hours in the smoker. Hopefully, we can stay out of the war in Ukraine, when our son got out of the Navy we kinda wished he would have stayed in but not anymore, we are glad he is out. Hopefully your son does not get deployed to Poland. We were at a wedding down in San Diego last weekend for our godson and the rehearsal dinner for about 20 people was just over 6 grand, and that's with his discount because he's the general manager. We had the Filet mignon and it was one of the best one's I've ever had, but not 6 grand good. |

England, dba United Kingdom of Great Britain and Occupied Ireland, is not in the EU. As for the countries that are, Lafayette is dead so no help from the French; Germany would likely join with the attackers (so would, likely Canada, despite being in the British Commonwealth; none of the other countries could defeat the USWN soccer team so their assistance is moot. |
