Just got our tickets. Going to my first Game 7 ever, I've been to a few of every other games in a series including game 6 of the SCF. . I'm betting its going to be every bit as exciting and loud as the SCF game if not more, because of the opponent and the possibility of the biggest Sharks comeback in a series ever!! Bringing a Vegas Fan with me. He's not an over the top guy, so all should be good.

My wife and I were at my friend's in-laws for Easter yesterday. They were watching the Warriors' game before the Sharks game got started. Their high school kid starts talking basketball with me. I told him I don't follow the NBA much and he couldn't believe it:
Kid: How many Warriors games have you watched this year?
Me: Counting this one?
Kid: Yeah
Me: One.
Kid: How do you not watch the NBA?
Me: Because it's hockey season.

Thanks for that. This clip did prove that the stats keeper in Vegas was inaccurate on the shots on goal count. They listed the Sharks with only 1 shot in the second OT but the video shows Burns with a quality slap shot chance early in the doubt OT. The hits stats were also ridiculously over inflated. NHL should really look into that stat guy, he is absolutely dreadful. |

Actually this game reminded me of many yesteryear games when the Sharks outplayed and outshot their opponent but didn't score and made the opposing goaltender look like a genius. I might get bashed for writing this but the Sharks actually had more quality scoring chances than the faggot knights. |
