Do we know for sure his hand is broken? I haven't heard or seen anything stating that was the case. What I do know, my opinion anyway, is that Kane was pretty much MIA after the fight. Had an assist on Pavelski's goal in Game 5 but I think that was an empty net goal. |

Weird because it was mentioned in an earlier post in this thread that his hand is broken.
He definitely seems injured on some level considering that he hasn't been very good during round 1. (Like redbeard said earlier)

(Like redbeard said earlier) The Charra incident was bad for EK9 but he did fight Reaves. EK65 is undoubtedly still hurt he is on the ice for most goals but of course his ice time is very high as are his points. Pavs is a mess and he could be out for the series. Donskoi as predicted was destroyed by the GKs. Haley took a nasty puck hit to the leg. Logan had his balls rung and teeth knocked out. |

I think they’re ALL banged up, Kane as well, no doubt.
Just realized I have a whole new batch of ‘lucky’ sharks stuff - everything I wore to game 7 Tuesday. New lucky blue jeans, new lucky hat, shoes, jersey... and IF I had worn underwear on Tuesday, I’d have new lucky underwear too! Ha! Kiddin

Whatever Kane's issue is he needs to find a way to be a contributor. The GA when EK65 is on the ice is concerning but he is still putting a lot of points on the board. A little tighter team D would help... I'd be surprised to see Pavelski in round 2. Donskoi is about as solid as a freshly popped bag of popcorn. Haley has been skating in practice but is still day to day. Cooter's sack will be fine. He should be good to go! Meier's dinged up. Melker's dinged up. Pickles is still likely to be playing hurt.,. |

Two weeks ago I would've loved this match up. Now, I'm not so sure. On paper you'd say the Sharks have the advantage but the Avs just breezed past a Flames team that was better than SJ or VGK while the Sharks got beat up, went to seven, and have gotten some discouraging performances so far.
But maybe that Game Seven magic has kickstarted something special...
Can't wait for puck drop.

He took some big hits and was targeted last round. Hertl and Braun also took a lot of regular damage. Donskoi doesn’t have to be targeted, you just have to touch him. |
