Can DW realistically let Pavelski walk this offseason,with all he’s been through? I know it’s a business, just like with Patty. I do think however, if he lets Pavs walk, he will be ailinating a large portion of the fan base ! Personally if we could get him on a short term Honetownt discount perfect, otherwise get younger and faster. The difference being that Pavs was the leading goal scorer in the regular season for the Sharks. It really comes down to what Pavs is asking for. I think most people will understand if they let him walk if he's asking for like $8M a year. I think he can justify $6M/year on a short term contract though (being the leading goal scorer and captain). |

Haley gives the Sharks a couple of hits (if he can catch someone) and doesn't play at all in the 3rd period because he takes stupid penalties and is a defensive liability. No brainer here.
