Okay this preseason game has started hot.
Ilya Lyubushkin takes a huge run at Pacioretty, misses, and Pacioretty is pissed. Seconds later Pacioretty takes a run at Jan Jenik, just drills him cleanly and bloodies him. As Jenik goes to the bench, Lyubushkin scores but play gets reviewed. Ensuing shift Pacioretty winds up with a breakaway and scores.
Wild.

The Philadelphia Flyers announced they have agreed to terms with restricted free agent forward Travis Konecny on a six-year contract worth an average annual value (AAV) of $5.5 million, according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Chuck Fletcher.

Positive news from last night.
DeBoer said of Brodzinski, who had a team-high six shots on goal in 14:30 of ice time, “My first chance to watch him. He’s got a good shot, he’s got good speed, he works hard, He’s auditioning for some pretty big roles we have open here and he’s one of a handful of guys here where tonight was the first night of that audition.”
