Dell just laid out Stone. Hahaha.

Game is really heated, big scrum after the Dell hit. Now Dillon goes after Pacioretty and Goodrow looked like he tried to fight Marchessault.

Kane and Engelland get into it, linesman tackles Kane. Kane gets up and gives the linesman a shove so his night is over. Better hope there's no supplemental discipline for that.
I don't mind the Sharks having that abrasive, agitating, guy and unlike 99% of them, Kane will actually fight his own battles but I don't know what's with him tonight and he has some nights like this where you just don't know what's going on in his head.

At least the rfas this summer made his contract look much more agreeable. If he concentrates on scoring goals and winning games.

I agree, its like a 50/50 raffle of who we get on the ice lol. Too bad his clause makes it tough to trade him. Maybe he will get his shit together. In order to rationalize the game tonight, I'm going to think that the sharks played like ass on purpose in order to not give away their real strategy for the real season come Oct 2.

Josh Ho-Sang is getting waived. Regardless of the rumoured ‘character issues’ and the need for another top nine forward I’d say his worth putting a claim in. Very shifty playmaker.

Hopefully last night the entire team was extremely hung over and that is not the same product we get on Wed. I'm impressed by Yurtakyn and Bergmann. Ferraro making a strong case, which is good because Prout is not it.

I’ll be surprised if Kane plays Wednesday. Or Friday. Or Saturday...
He has not made many friends in this league and it’ll cost him now. Don’t think the linesman acted accordingly either but can’t excuse what Kane did.

Fkn JONES lets a goal dribble in within first 3 minutes (again!) then puts up a weak .810 over 40 minutes. Dell wasn't much better in the 3rd. Meanwhile, Fleury made 38 crisp saves for his team. The major difference between Vegas and Sharks is that Vegas has goaltending. Very important. Lining up that goaltending will emerge a BIG Shark problem this season. Sigh.

The team as a hole played hung over with only a couple flashes of bright spots. Like no one wanted the puck. Jones adjusted against Vegas last year by not standing so damn far in the crease. That's why Jones got sniped. Not including that bomb on the power play, that was just a perfect placed shot. Marchasalt's goal is a perfect example.

I also read a rumor (for what ever those are worth in the NHL level) that Pitt is trading Jack Johnson, and one of the possible destinations is SJ. Not sure of the Logistics, but do you all think he could possibly help the club? At this point I'm not sure if its the Defense or Offense that needs help.

Jack Johnson trade will only help the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Nucks waive Nik Goldobin, what a waste of a Shark 1st roud pick he turned out to be.
All DW got out of Goldobin was 60 games and 4 goals from Jannik Hansen.
I'm feeling really Shark-bitter today. Not optimistic at all. Better cool my jets.

The D was caught with the pants down on ALL three Jones's EV goals, and Vlasic provided the required screen on the PP.
Erik Karlsson was really bad, very much early 2018/19 form from the highlights that I watched.
