Yeah...can you imagine the shit attack the hoity toity HOA would have if I invited Nellie to come hang out and they saw him sunning his belly out on the deck overlooking the golf course? 😝 Throw Danville, CMH, Marbles, Will and Sam into that mix and they would probably force you to sell the place. Then we could head over to my Nephews place and do some real damage A good friend of mine owns the Pour House bar in Copperopolis, I may need a liver transplant if I start staying at the lake on the weekends If I busted that crew out they'd go eminent domain on my ass. Especially after seeing CMH applying copious amounts of sunscreen to his boobage...😝 |

Nice! I was looking at some properties up there a couple months ago. Almost bought a lot in Saddle Creek. All the HOA, taxes and CC&R bullshit forced me to walk. The lot I wanted would've required a 4000+ sq. ft. house to be built to meet the HOA bullshit. WTF am I going to do with 4000+ sq. ft.? I certainly wouldn't have time to play golf that's for damn sure! Sheesh, I heard the HOA there could be a pain in the ass. They have a nice golf course as you drive into Copperopolis, had lunch there a couple of weeks ago. Fancy digs I'v been through Copperopolis, very nice up there, so theres a chance you may retire in california? I had you pegged for Texas near your grandkids. Crazy political state now, but so beautiful geographically and our living history, family/people here - it would be hard for us to leave even knowing you're paying more taxes. But we've had Boise, ID scout trips, so thats' on the burner too for me. |

We're seriously considering Plano, Austin, Nashville or Raleigh-Durham as soon as next summer. Austin's north, Republican suburbs looking most attractive.
A brand new house in the same n'hood Nolan Ryan lives in costs $720K.

A brand new house in the same n'hood Nolan Ryan lives in costs $720K. I'm simply a biased Californian, but Austin is a very beautiful city - the only one in Texas IMHO. Might have better 'quality of life' than most of bay area now. |

Well our house is finally going to the get the repair work done starting tomorrow. Living in our bedroom is like being grounded as a kid (sort of).
Crazy thing (which I get) is that AAA sends out a large check to us with our Mortgage co. on it. So we have to send it to them to sign off and they send back to us. Had to the do the overnight thing but had to pay for the shipment there and back.
So AAA you best be paying us back for that!
Hopefully this process doesn't take yet tons of weeks to fix!
