Then why not just quit...
U.S. National Archivist David Ferriero, who is retiring in April, said on Monday that he urged the White House not to appoint a white man to succeed him.
What he's saying: "That's advice I've given to the White House already: that you better not hire another white male ... We've had ten white males," Ferriero said during an annual Sunshine Week event when the moderator pointed out that there has never been a female national archivist.

Rebecca Moon Mon, March 14, 2022, 2:22 PM A man was charged on Saturday for flipping a toddler’s stroller into the street in East Flushing, New York, leaving the 2-year-old with cuts and bruises to her face. The unprovoked attack occurred on Friday around 6:20 a.m. after Christopher Elder, 31, began shouting at the child’s grandmother, Maria Zamora, while she was taking out the trash in east Flushing. According to a criminal complaint, Elder then allegedly grabbed the stroller that Sophia was sitting in and began to shake it, kicking it into the street shortly after. The 2-year-old hit the ground after being kicked and suffered cuts to the head, requiring five stitches at the Flushing Hospital Medical Center. Her uncle, Juan Loja, told the New York Post that the toddler is “very scared” and “didn’t want to come home yesterday.” He also said that she tells him, “Someone hit me. Someone kicked me.” This incident is the second time that Elder has purportedly attacked a child in four months. On Dec. 11, he allegedly attacked a mother and her 9-year-old daughter in Flushing with punches to the head. “He hit me mostly in the back of my head, my back,” the mother, who wished to remain anonymous, told NBC New York. “He ended up hitting my daughter too, in the face, on the forehead. ” Afterwards, when he was done hitting us on the floor, I was just so upset that nobody helped, nobody stopped him, and I’m even more mad that he did it again.” Elder has been arrested eight times in total for multiple violent crimes. He previously stabbed a friend in August 2020 and was also accused of smashing a glass bottle on a 30-year-old man’s head in Queens. Elder was charged on Saturday and sent to jail without bail. He is due in court March 28 on charges of assault, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

So here is yet another one that Lebron and the so called media will not wish to discuss: Michael Daly, Pilar Melendez, Allison Quinn Tue, March 15, 2022, 3:10 AM Police in Washington, D.C., have arrested a man with a history of mental illness who they suspect carried out brutal attacks on several homeless men in D.C. and New York, leaving his family members aghast at what they suggested was a stunning turn toward targeted, murderous violence. A senior law-enforcement official identified the suspected serial shooter as Gerald Brevard III to The Daily Beast. The official said that 30-year-old was unarmed when he was arrested in northeast Washington, shortly after police became aware of his name. Another law-enforcement official told The Daily Beast that police in both cities had received tips about Brevard, prompting officers and ATF agents to stake him out and eventually take him into custody. Hours before Brevard’s arrest, around 5 p.m. on Monday, an Instagram account appearing to belong to him posted a photo with the caption “Feeling Devilish Feeling Godly.” The prior post has Brevard, a Washington, D.C., resident, tagged at a Manhattan event space. NYPD Chief James Essig said Tuesday that so far, the suspect arrested in D.C. was only charged with the shootings in the nation’s capital. But he stressed that police believe he is the same individual who shot two homeless men in New York City. So far, Essig said, Brevard was officially a “strong person of interest” in the local shootings as police continue to work with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. While family expressed shock at his allegedly carrying out targeted—and lethal—attacks, Brevard has a long criminal history. That history includes allegations of violent crimes, such as in July 2018, when Brevard was charged with assault after allegedly brandishing a knife and attempting to stab another individual during a dispute. In 2019, records show that Brevard was found mentally incompetent after a court-ordered exam and was temporarily committed to a city-operated psychiatric hospital. In December 2020, Brevard was charged with assaulting a woman in Virginia. A month prior, police said, Brevard pushed a woman against a hotel hallway and assaulted her. When the woman, who suffered minor injuries, yelled for help, Brevard allegedly ran away.

If you ever wonder why Black males get arrested more than anyone else the answer is quite simple. They commit far more crime. People that call for reform based on black people being arrested more than whites/asians as a percentage of the population are being very dishonest.

Where does Biden stand on this?
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) expressed his frustration on Wednesday after the Washington, D.C., government dropped charges against a Florida man accused of punching a police officer who was protecting Paul in 2020.
"Surprise, surprise. DC government drops charges against the thug who attacked and injured a DC policeman (a policeman who protected Kelley and I from an angry mob)," Paul wrote on Twitter. "And people wonder why violence is consuming our cities."
According to D.C. court records, the government gave notice of nolle prosequi on Jan. 27, effectively dropping the charges. Nolle prosequi is a Latin legal term that refers to "a legal notice or entry of record that the prosecutor or plaintiff has decided to abandon the prosecution or lawsuit."
On Aug. 28, 2020, Paul and his wife were surrounded by protesters in D.C. as they returned to their hotel from the White House. Brennen Sermon of Orlando, Florida, was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer after allegedly punching one of the officers protecting the couple, the Courier Journal reported. Video of the incident shows police officers using their bicycles to hold back the crowd. Demonstrators can be heard shouting "Justice for Breonna Taylor!" and "Say her name!"
At the time, Paul hailed the officers as "brave" for "likely sav[ing] Kelley and me."

This lack of structure and accountability leads to crime. Some brave black men and women have tried to combat this…but when you have powerful groups like the NFL promoting thugs like Snoop Dog its an almost impossible task.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Biden's Supreme Court nominee, praised the controversial 1619 Project and its author Nikole Hannah-Jones during a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day address at the University of Michigan two years ago. In a January 2020 lecture, titled, "Black Women Leaders In The Civil Rights Movement Era And Beyond," Jackson described Hannah-Jones as an "acclaimed investigative journalist" and highlighted Hannah-Jones’ "provocative" assertion that "the America that was born in 1776 was not the perfect union that it purported to be." A transcription of the lecture was published Thursday by The Daily Wire. " cclaimed investigative journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones (who happens to be a black woman) explains that the men who drafted and enacted the Constitution founded this nation on certain ideals: freedom; equality; democracy," Jackson said at the time. "Yet, at the time they formulated these principles, the institution of slavery already existed in the colonies — ever since the year 1619, when 20-to-30 Africans who had been captured in their homeland arrived in the colonies by ship and were exchanged for goods. "Jones highlights the irony of the situation even further when she notes that at the very moment that Thomas Jefferson penned the self-evident truths of the Declaration of Independence, a black relative—a slave— had been brought into his office to serve him," Jackson continued.
She added, "Thus, it is Jones’s provocative thesis that the America that was born in 1776 was not the perfect union that it purported to be, and that it is actually only through the hard work, struggles, and sacrifices of African Americans over the past two centuries that the United States has finally become the free nation that the Framers initially touted."
Hannah-Jones' 1619 Project at The New York Times Magazine is an ongoing initiative seeking to "reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of our national narrative." Hannah-Jones won a Pulitzer Prize for commentary last year for the project and was named to TIME's list of the "100 most influential people."
Historians have flagged the project for incorrect statements and interpretations. Five academic historians signed a letter claiming the 1619 Project got several elements of history wrong, including a claim that the Revolutionary War was fought to preserve slavery. The Times has defended the project. The Daily Wire found that Jackson, who would replace retiring Justice Stephen Breyer if confirmed by the Senate, has "repeatedly embraced champions of Critical Race Theory (CRT)" in recent years. During the same 2020 lecture, Jackson cited the late Derrick Bell, whose works influenced the creation of CRT, and said his 1993 book, "Faces At The Bottom Of The Well: The Permanence Of Racism," was an important part of her childhood.
If confirmed, Jackson, a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, would become the first Black women to sit on the Supreme Court.

The so called media....
A Wednesday report by The New York Times confirmed the authenticity of Hunter Biden's infamous laptop, which was left in a Delaware repair shop in 2019 by the first son before being turned over to the FBI by the repair shop owner.
The new Times report, which was flagged by The New York Post and focused on the investigation into Hunter Biden's taxes and his international business dealings, noted prosecutors had examined emails between Biden and some business associates that "appear[] to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop" and "were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation." Previously, The Times dismissed the Biden laptop story as "Russian disinformation" at the height of the 2020 presidential campaign and claimed in a September 2021 piece that The Post's reporting on the laptop was "unsubstantiated." It later scrubbed the word from the article after intense backlash over its inaccurate characterization of The Post's reporting.
According to The Post, Hunter Biden's laptop contained emails, text messages, photos and financial documents between himself, his family and business associates that showed how he used his political influence in his foreign business dealings, specifically in his work as a board member of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.
The Post's Twitter account was suspended after it tweeted its story on Biden's laptop in October 2020, which began a weeks-long standoff that culminated in the social media platform backing down and lifting the suspension. The Post's editorial board slammed The Times Thursday.
"Forgive the profanity, but you have got to be s–tting us," The Post responded before taking The Times to task over its flip-flop:
"In the heat of the presidential race of 2020, the Times never missed a chance to cast doubt on the laptop, saying the information was 'purported' and quoting a letter from former Democratic officials who claimed — with no evidence — that it was Russian disinformation. As recently as September 2021, the Times called the laptop ‘unsubstantiated’ in a news story… "Readers of the Times have discovered in March 2022 that Hunter Biden pursued business deals in Europe and Asia, and may have leveraged his father’s position as vice president to do it. Hunter also may not have properly registered with the government or declared all his income. All legitimate topics of discussion about a presidential candidate’s family, no?"
The Post added, "Readers of The Post have known this since October 2020." The Federal Election Commission (FEC) later determined that Twitter did not violate any election laws when it suppressed The Post's reporting just weeks before the 2020 election.

One of this country's most prestigious law schools. Where is LeChuck to defend this?
A bipartisan panel on civil liberties at Yale Law School was disrupted last week when more than 100 law students tried to drown out and intimidate the speakers, who eventually needed police to escort them out of the building, according to reports.
The school’s Federalist Society hosted the March 10 panel, which featured Monica Miller, of the progressive American Humanist Association, and Kristen Waggoner, of the conservative Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF). About 120 student protesters showed up with signs attacking the ADF to shout down the speakers, with one reportedly recorded on audio telling a member of the conservative group that she would "literally fight you, b----."
"It was disturbing to witness law students whipped into a mindless frenzy. I did not feel it was safe to get out of the room without security," Waggoner told the Washington Free Beacon.
A member of the Federalist Society said the panel was supposed to show that a liberal atheist and a Christian conservative could agree on issues of free speech.
Miller and Waggoner reportedly discussed a recent U.S. Supreme Court case that dealt with freedom of religion and free speech on college campuses. The case, Uzuegbunam v. Preczewski, involved a Chistian student, Chike Uzuegbunam, who was prevented from preaching at a public college in Georgia. The ADF, American Humanist Association, along with other progressive groups supported Uzuegbunam. The ADF, which has won several Supreme Court cases establishing religious exemptions from civil rights law, argued the case.
The event’s moderator, Yale Law School Professor Kate Stith, had to pause the event due to the intensifying commotion. Stith can be heard reminding those present of the school’s free speech policies, which prohibit any protest that "interferes with speakers’ ability to be heard and of community members to listen."
But the student protesters continued to jeer Stith and the speakers, with some raising their middle fingers, according to the Beacon. Stith reportedly responded by telling the students to "grow up," which drew intensified verbal attacks from the protesters.
Stith could then be heard on audio telling the students that if the commotion continued, "I'm going to have to ask you to leave, or help you leave."
As the protesters exited the event, one student was heard yelling "F--- you, FedSoc," the report said. The chaos reportedly continued in the hallway, with protesters stomping and clapping while raising chants of "protect trans kids" and "shame, shame."
Police officers arrived to escort Miller and Waggoner out of the building, which caused further condemnation from students. More than 400 students – 60% of the student body – signed an open letter supporting what they called the "peaceful student protest," which they claimed was put in danger due to the police presence, according to Yale Daily News.
"The danger of police violence in this country is intensified against Black LGBTQ people, and particularly Black trans people," the Beacon quoted the letter as reading. "Police-related trauma includes, but is certainly not limited to, physical harm."
The Federalist Society told the paper it they did not call the police.
Waggoner later tweeted: "My hot take: Good lawyers win with civility & persuasion, not physical intimidation and threats of violence. We aren’t afraid to engage with people and ideas we disagree with. Apparently many of the students missed this lesson."
Yale Law School responded to Fox News Digital’s request for comment with a statement: "We regularly work with student groups for various events and speakers. When visitors to the Yale campus bring their own security, as in this case, University policy requires the Law School to inform Yale Police. We then work with the police to determine the appropriate level of support for the particular visitor and/or event."
The statement continued, "The Law School follows the University’s free speech policy and procedures, which includes a three strikes rule. As soon as the moderator read the University’s policy for the first time, the students exited the event, and it went forward. Members of the Administration are nonetheless in serious conversation with students about our policies, expectations, and norms."

DAYTONA BEACH — An Orlando man accused of stabbing a couple to death here on the first weekend of Bike Week was back in Volusia County on Wednesday, and ordered held without bail.
Jean Macean, 32, was arrested in Orlando last week, suspected in the killings of Terry and Brenda Aultman on March 6, as they rode their bikes back home from Main Street.
Daytona Beach Police say that after his arrest, Macean confessed to the murders of the couple, whose bodies were found in the early morning at Riverview Boulevard and North Wild Olive Avenue. Police believe the couple were attacked, then pulled from the sidewalk and left on the front yard of a home in the area, according to the charging affidavit.
The Aultmans' bicycles were located about 10 feet from their bodies.
Investigators believe robbery did not appear to be the reason for the killings since the couples' valuables were left at the scene. On Wednesday, the prosecutor said Macean has an immigration hold attached to his name, but said he didn't know the suspect's country of origin.

Candace Owens is a fool. Candace Owens is a stupid big mouth. Candace Owens needs to crawl into her office and repeat non-stop for twelve hours: "I will not stuff up my head with things I don’t understand." (That after she did a lot of brilliant anti-BLM work) A Viking King stands on a fjord rock, lamenting to himself... - I, Olaf, built two beautiful cities. But nobody calls me Olaf the Builder! - I, Olaf, lead five thousand warriors. But nobody calls me Olaf the Marshal! - I, Olaf, conquered the entire Scandinavia, the British Isles and beyond. But nobody calls me Olaf the Conqueror! - But I only had to fuck a sheep once...
