San Jose Sharks forward Patrick Marleau’s 788 game Ironman streak came to an end yesterday after signing with the Sharks and not suiting up. Marleau’s streak was the 2nd longest active streak and the 6th longest all time. What a BS way to lose a streak like that... It Lives On!

I went to a Bundesliga game in Koln while I was there...great times. What hard liquor are the Germans drinking these days?

What hard liquor are the Germans drinking these days? I didn't see many drinking anything but beer, wine, and some schnapps. I drank some good Scotch in Rothenburg o d Tauber.

NEW YORK (October 10, 2019) – The 2019-20 National Hockey League (NHL®) season is now underway, and with it, a brand-new redesigned homepage on the League’s official website, NHL.com, and a reimagined Gamecenter experience in the flagship NHL® App are being unveiled; giving fans more information and data before, during, and after a game. Both the website and the app are operated by Disney Streaming Services in partnership with the NHL.
“Our mission is to provide new and innovative ways to immerse fans in the sport of hockey, and this season we are excited to introduce a newly redesigned homepage and an all new Gamecenter experience to serve fans the type of content they want in more robust ways,” said Barry Tishgart, SVP and General Manager, Hockey, Disney Streaming Services. “We have a few more features up our sleeve, releasing later this season, that will ‘change the game’ with how fans consume live games.”
“The NHL’s partnership with Disney Streaming Services continues to deliver new and innovative digital experiences that our fans value,” said Steve McArdle, NHL Executive Vice President of Digital Media & Strategic Planning. “We are excited for fans to enjoy this season’s expanded lineup of content and experiences across our digital platforms.”
New NHL digital experiences and features rolling out this season include:
Redesigned NHL.com Homepage: The new NHL.com homepage has been redesigned from the ground up, making it easier to follow games, scores, standings and teams. Future iterations of the homepage will include personalization.
Redesigned Gamecenter experience: The Gamecenter feature in the NHL® App now offers brand new pre-game, live, and post-game views that show more data, highlights, and information than ever before.
Coming soon: Interactive data visualizations that will create all new experiences for fans following live games. The new feature is expected to launch later this season.
Additionally, NHL.TV™, the official streaming service for the League, is back for the 2019-20 season, offering hockey fans a variety of subscription packages to choose from to watch out-of-market games live or on-demand. Fans can access and subscribe to the service through the flagship NHL App, official website, or on all major devices and platforms, including iOS, tvOS, Roku, Xbox, PlayStation, Amazon Fire TV and tablets, and Google's Chromecast. Fans also have the ability to select customized game announcers to access the play-by-play they want to hear, watch multiple games from around the League at the same time, and pause and rewind live games to not miss a minute of the action.
For more information on NHL’s subscription service, visit: NHL.TV.

Fuck Dictionary Dan following the company line. Those silicon valley millenials they have working for them is killing the oldtime fans. what happened? The Sharks bailed on their radio pregame show. They want you to download their new app This season, KFOX and Sharks Radio Network affiliate coverage begins at the scheduled game time, as you noticed. However, fans are being reminded by the station where to tune in for our 30-minute "Sharks Warmup" pregame show, which is still there for you. You may have either missed it or not listened long enough to hear it during the half-hour.So here is how to get it: the "Sharks Warmup" pre-game show is exclusively available on the San Jose Sharks app and website. It's the same app that you use for mobile tickets. At present, you click on the game scoreboard. If you go to the app right now, you'll see a Calgary-Sharks line score. Click on that, and you'll see a small speaker icon in the upper right corner. Click on that and you get us. The app developers are going to make some changes to make the icon more prominent. You can get all of our podcasts on the app as well in the "audio" section, but the broadcast is available by going to the game area. You can listen to the entire game there. KFOX and affiliate station coverage begins at the stated game time, so Sunday's game vs. Calgary will start on the app at 6:30 and on KFOX and the affiliate network at 7:00. From 7:00 onward on Sunday, you'll also be able to get it on the KFOX and NHL apps, and on satellite radio. I hope that answers your question and that you tune in on the app to our pre-game show!.

Has the season started yet!? (Asking for a friend)
Whats up guys?! Team Sweden is back! The start of this season is not good for us. Whats going on?! Are we gonna catch up?! I have watched the games and a lot of players need to deliver better. Specially EK65.. After the first four games I had to wash my eyes by watching the re-run of the VGK game 7 FFS..!
Here in Sweden a lot is going on, my team Djurgården made it to the SHL final last year and lost, we now have signed former Blues Patrik Berglund to our team alongside Jacob Josefsson, so we r probably gonna go far this year again. And our soccer team is a real contender for the championship as well with only three games left of the season..!
In a couple of weeks Im going to NYC again on vacation, have tickets to three NHL games, gonne be fun I hope..!?

Signing Marleau and moving LeBanc to the third line seems to be paying dividends. Lebanc was out of his element playing on the top 2 lines and facing tougher defenses. Here's to hoping he lights the lamp more often on the third line. When is Sorenson coming back? Anyone know.
