U-verse in our area is completely down.
The flip side: the Sharks are probably going to win tonight because I can't see the game.

Yo peeps!
Man after two months our house is finally put back together from the slab leak!
You never know how much you miss somewhat healthy or home cooked food when you are forced to eat out all the time.
Now I just have figure out mounting the 65 inch tv in the depth area out our gas fireplace, since a mirror board was originally there but looked to be held up with molly bolts circa 1983. There is a thought that it's a piece plywood in the wall as the stud finder says there is something in the middle but then change to nothing when run again.
Anyway home ownership! yeah!

It's funny, you never know how much you miss "real food" and making your own coffee until you are forced to constantly eat out.

Now's a good time to learn how to patch and texture drywall! Find one stud then you should be able to find the ones on either side and so on. If want a clean look for your wall mounted TV, you're going to want to route the cables behind the drywall. So, do you have a piece of furniture that you can just stand the TV on top of?😝

If want a clean look for your wall mounted TV, you're going to want to route the cables behind the drywall. So, do you have a piece of furniture that you can just stand the TV on top of?😝 I checked under the fireplace my sticking my head in it. It looks like there is maybe a 1/2 inch of concrete on the other side. So it might be drywall then this stone piece. But wife wants to me to go as high as I can go to the ceiling on the mount and of course I will be mounting the soundbar too. Cables will probably travel down and across the brick there, but will hide with cable covers I found at the Home Depot and then paint them the color the wife wants. (See pic attached). We are hoping to get a nice piece of furniture that I can keep my PS3 and PS4 in. Plus all accessories. I can hook up the wifi cable box behind the tv as well as the fire tv. I have an HDMI switcher to try out too and hopefully have that hidden as well. Meanwhile you can see we currently just have the TV on it's feet stands on the fire place. (until I mount it lol). Also this is the low slope of the house as this is looking out to cul de sac.

She has made ribs in it before but I still prefer the Traeger for ribs. Some things just take time.

Also, not sure if I confirmed here. JB got the job offer in North Carolina, and my transfer was approved. We will work about .5 miles away from each other in the Research Triangle Park. Most likely to live in Durham for the first year and then may attempt to move more towards Raleigh (The Canes, freer of Patty Marleau's independence, play out of Raleigh).
We are excited for the move and the more agressive winter + less shit summer. And the plants.
Fuck yourself, Arizona.
Now placing the house on the market. Think we are within scraping distance of just barely getting our money back out after 13 months of owning. Which ain't too bad all things considered.

AllAboutBeer.com is out there! 👍👍 As I recall, there's a shit-ton of Bio and Medical out there. I did some work for Agile Endosurgery a while back. They were out there in RTP.

It gets over 80 in Danville, then down to 40 at night, and I don't like these 40 degrees see-saws the least bit.
