Ok Arm Chair Gm's What the Fuck do we do with this Team? No first round pick next Year, do we blow up the Team or make a trade? This is pathetic!! It's very easy.
EK65 is told that either he waives his NTC, or he rides the pine for the remainder of the 8 years. Then he's traded for the missing pieces: a reliable top-4 dman, a top-6 forward and a 5-8 forward. Toss in a couple of picks, the Sharks have no developmental system to hope for. PDB and Roy Sommer are shown the door. DW can stay if he manages to get rid of Erik Karlsson. PDB hadn't the balls to say that EK is not a good fit for the existing skeleton of the team.

Sorry, I’m a bad fan...I left the Sharks getting whopped and switched to the Canes/Flames game. Just saw one of the best goals I’ve ever seen and I’ve been watching hockey over 50 years now. I can’t post the video but if you can find video of Carolina’s goal at 9:13 of the third period you won’t be disappointed.
Seems like the Sharks have given up...no idea how they fix that.

Sorry, I’m a bad fan...I left the Sharks getting whopped and switched to the Canes/Flames game. Just saw one of the best goals I’ve ever seen and I’ve been watching hockey over 50 years now. I can’t post the video but if you can find video of Carolina’s goal at 9:13 of the third period you won’t be disappointed. Seems like the Sharks have given up...no idea how they fix that. There is some talent deficiency but more than that the team just isn’t playing well. They’re performing worse than they should be and they’re not making steps towards getting better. Maybe DeBoer is doing everything right but it’s just not working right now.
I do fear that the TSN guys were right; Karlsson’s 2017 playoff heroics did irreversible damage to his ankle/groin/knee or whatever and his skating that set him apart from everyone else is gone forever. He just doesn’t look right and hasn’t since he got here.
I don’t think moving him is very possible though, sorry cjelli.

Edit: And maybe that's something Pierre Dorion did realize or suspect, and told of his suspicions to Melnyk, too...

Admire Goodrow’s willingness to mix it up but if he’s going to drop the gloves he should take some lessons. I like Kane’s abrasiveness but don’t run up a tab and let your teammate pay for it. That’s Marchand type stuff.
