Well it finally happened. CBJ fans were all doom and gloom on the ubs Facebook page. I posted, "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?" It took 9 hours for a damn millennial to reply, "The Germans didn't bomb Pearl Harbor, it was the Japanese. And second we were attacked, we weren't fighting." Yes we are old but screw that moronic generation!!! They are no longer making Animal House required watching at college? The end of days is upon us. |

CJ, or anyone else who has time and is willing...are we doing a playoff pool contest this year? I hope so. If it happens, one request...don’t force people to pick the Sharks to win anything but the late April golf tourneys they’ll all be playing in. A propos, I took a look at the tourney sheet last year, and I see that we are still missing a few people from the old forum, particularly Jered, Nuckluck and 3rdlinehack |

The Kings said Wednesday that they have consulted with the Anti-Defamation League and have connected the group with the Jr. Kings organization for the purpose of establishing educational programs in the wake of an incident in which members of the Jr. Kings youth team allegedly made anti-Semitic remarks and one made a Nazi salute.
The incident, which was recorded and posted to social media, took place early last month in Las Vegas, where the Jr. Kings 14-and-under bantam AAA team was participating in a tournament. Fifteen players and three coaches were suspended as a result. The California Amateur Hockey Assn. has been investigating the actions of the players for possible violations of the SafeSport Code.
