So fun story.
A long time ago, my buddy and I attended a Sharks home game vs. the Ducks.
Sharks were crapping the bed like they do and this guy behind us yells:
"Put in Ricci!"
Mind you Ricci was obviously retired but working for the Sharks org. at this point.
So after that, that quote became a joke between my friend and I when Sharks were doing bad. "PUT IN RICCI!"
So I texted him last night about the Deboer firing and who was replacing the coaching staff. i.e. Ricci.
And in my mind, before he texted back, I thought, now is the perfect time for him to say "PUT IN RICCI!"
And of course like clockwork he texted me that.
Ah good times!

Jumbo has been stapled to Sorensen and at best Labanc on the other side. Give him a chance with Hertl, even old hall of famers need some confidence to stop sucking sometimes??
Those lines sure put a definitive divide between top and bottom 6. It looks like Boughner lobbying for more top 9 forwards already, the poor guy

Our powerplay doesnt make any sense, I hope the staff makes an effort to work some new plays into them. Like Boughner said, its all predictable
