cmhshark set us up with a private tour of the Nationwide Arena - when the Sharks were practicing. Great times, I'll post a pic (or maybe he will) later. Columbus looks very very good! Tomorrow we leave eastwards for Pittsburgh.

Everyone watch my video so I can get AdSense money. Does it turn the number of lines you can fit on that mirror up to infinity? Also, you stay up until 1:30 every other night watching this shit head team and then handle table saws in the morning? I'd have lost both hands at this point.

Hopelessness and rage are not good moods to have going into the wood shop.

Yo Peeps!
Back to the ol Job after being gone or 2 weeks and man there's a lot of crap to do.
new employee started today so hopefully I can give her the extra work i had to take on since we were down a person. (in good time as she is being trained by the Cowboys fan).
Anyway I think that we don't want to travel anywhere for the holidays in 2020. We want people to come to us!
So we will see how that works!

I just get into a desk and pound coffee while trying not to rage email at idiots. Table was really cool. It's amazing to see the amount of work that goes into a truly custom piece of craftsmanship.

Just got back home.
The kids were disappointed to miss on most of the snow. Otherwise, it's been a great trip. Columbus is definitely a candidate for moving. Pittsburgh, definitely not. However it seems like a great town for a long weekend trip from Columbus.
Now we need to decide whether just to go for Ohio, or to give Nashville and Raleigh a chance...

We love Ohio and spend time there every year. We have friends in Coshocton County. Haven’t spent much time in Columbus as I’m a rural guy at heart and tend to avoid big cities. Only negative I can say about Ohio is that it gets cold...real cold. Best wishes on your move. No matter where you go, it will be an upgrade from California.

Nashville seemed like a cool place. We stayed in a luxury apartment while there, though didn't get much other chance to see stuff. We are liking Raleigh area so far. We live about 10 minutes from RTP in a new townhome (tons of construction in this area but they are kind of like apartment proximity). The nature of having 3 somewhat equal cities all near by means you have options for different styles (plus Cary and Apex which are growing new suburbs). All in all it seems good. Better weather than Columbus too. I'm told it only snows maybe once a year and hurricanes are generally not an issue, only been 2 decent ones in the last 25 or so years.

My problem with Raleigh is the worry that too many people from California and New York are moving there and trying to make North Carolina something that made them move in the first place, without realizing it.

That's going on in a lot of States. I know there's a lot of talk about this in Texas.
