I can’t rally hate either team (except for the now ancient history of the hated Avs teams of the late 90s and early 00s). They both built their teams through smart drafting and development, not overpaying guys, and making shrewd moves to supplement their cores and bolster depth. They are the blueprint to prolonged, elite, success in the NHL today. What tipped the scales for me was Kadri being out versus Point potentially returning and Vasilevsky in net. |
