This one may put him over the top: NY woman Sherry Vill accuses Cuomo of unwanted kiss in 2017. A ninth woman has stepped forward to accuse New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of sexual misconduct. The accuser, 55-year-old Sherry Vill, said Cuomo grabbed her face and kissed her cheeks in front of her home in 2017. "I know the difference between an innocent gesture and a sexual one," Vill said during a virtual press conference. "I never felt as uncomfortable as I did the day Governor Cuomo came to my house. His actions were very overly sexual, highly inappropriate and disrespectful to me and my family." Vill said Cuomo told her she was beautiful and acted in a "highly flirtatious and inappropriate manner." Vill was married at the time of the alleged incident, her attorney Gloria Allred said. Cuomo visited Vill's home in Greece, N.Y., to survey flood damage. "For years she wanted to report what Governor Cuomo did to her, but some members of her family discouraged her from filing a complaint, because they wanted to protect her and feared that if she made what happened to her public that the Governor might use his power to retaliate against her and her family," Allred said. "After our press conference today, we plan to contact the New York Attorney General’s office in order to inform them that Sherry is willing to cooperate in the investigation that is currently being conducted into numerous allegations of sexual harassment by the Governor," she continued. Allred also showed what appeared to be an image of Cuomo smooching Vill captured that day in 2017.

California, what a wonderful, straightforward state, taking care of its residents. I am sure people like Nola know the reason why this is the right thing to do and why they're voting for leaders like that.

Jim Desmond is a county supervisor for my region (I guess, I don’t know how that geography works). I think he is new from the last election and I have been very impressed with him. Well said here.

An advisory board for Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) in Virginia recently called for teachers to be dismissed if they criticize – even in private – equity training, according to a Tuesday report.
Keaira Jennings, who leads the district’s Minority Student Achievement Advisory Committee (MSAAC), allegedly made the comments in an email to LCPS’ Superintendent, School Board Chair, Equity Committee, and the NAACP, The Daily Wire reported.
Jennings, who was named MSAAC’s new chair in August, reportedly said she was "disheartened" about some of the feedback from LCPS teachers surrounding diversity training – something, she said, was intended to "bring about inclusiveness and equity."
"That simply cannot and should not be tolerated by anyone employed by LCPS!" Jennings reportedly wrote. She then appeared to call for teachers to be dismissed if they did not fully embrace diversity training.
"If our teachers and staff cannot be open and willing to learn how to be culturally competent then they do not need to be in the classrooms any longer as they will only hinder the process and most importantly cause irreparable harm to the vulnerable hearts and minds of our students," Jennings said.

I in no way condone this, and every person should have the right to wave whatever flag they want. That being said, just what the fuck did he think was going to happen? That maybe these thugs would realize that they were wrong and sing kumbaya with him and the police?

They no longer even try to hide it
California’s law enforcement groups, District Attorneys Association and State Sheriffs’ Association are allegedly all "White supremacist organizations," a member of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors suggested in a livestreamed Facebook video Wednesday.
Holly Mitchell, a Democrat and former state Assembly member and senator, made the remarks during a forum on police brutality and racial justice as she was discussing the state Legislature’s progress police reform legislation over the past decade.
They come about 1 hour, 15 minutes into the video, titled "Stop LA Sheriff Attacks: Family Forum" posted by Black Lives Matter Los Angeles.
"Law enforcement and the District Attorneys Association and the Sheriffs’ Association, who just when you look at who represents them in Sacramento, is clearly such White supremacist organizations," she said after touting the legislative accomplishments from when she was holding state offices.

Is Al Sharpton her mentor? She's delusional. I hope she never needs to call the cops. They might not show up

MSNBC erroneously reported Friday that the suspect in Friday's deadly car attack at the U.S. Capitol was a "White male."
During the network's 2 p.m. ET program "Katy Tur Reports," NBC News justice correspondent Pete Williams provided reporting on the then-unidentified suspect, who had just died.
"The question now is, what’s the condition of the Capitol Police officers who were injured when the man -- we’re told it was a White male that was driving the car -- when the man got out of the car and attacked the police officers with a knife," Williams told MSNBC anchor Katy Tur.
In fact, the suspect was later identified as Noah Green, a 25-year-old Black man from Indiana with ties to Virginia.

Murders and terrorism by Black, Hispanic and Muslim people as we have seen in just the last week, are only enacted because they are disaffected by living in a world full of racist white people. I have that on very good authority, Obama, Omar, NYT, Dr. What’s his name from this thread the other day, every Demo, NBC, Coca Cola, Delta Airlines, Apple... the list is endless.

CNN anchor Don Lemon once told Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan that it was an "honor and a pleasure" to meet him, in a gushing 2007 interview he later described as "amazing."
"Thank you again for doing this. It’s an honor and a pleasure to meet you," Lemon told the pastor, who has led a chant of "death to America" and called for a separate state for Black Americans.
