GREAT FALLS, Va. – Virginia Republican gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin called for the resignations of Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler and the school board in the wake of a bombshell email this week. The email showed that Ziegler alerted the board that a male student allegedly assaulted a female student in a girl's bathroom – about a month before Ziegler publicly declared that he had no record of bathroom assaults.
"It's outrageous," Youngkin told Fox News on Saturday. He said the email "simply confirms what we know, which is we had administrators at a school board who have been covering this up. I mean, they tried to hide it from parents, they've hidden it from the public, and they actually endangered students by moving this young man – who in fact was being prosecuted for a sexual assault in another school – and enabled it to happen again."
Prosecutors confirmed that the same young man stands accused of sexual assault on two separate situations in schools: the first in May in a girl's restroom and the second in October in a classroom at a different school, which the sheriff's office described as his new school.
After the first incident on May 28, Ziegler sent an email to the school board, saying, "This afternoon a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom." At a school board meeting on June 22, Ziegler declared that "the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist," and that to his knowledge, "We don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms."
WTOP first reported the email on Thursday. "This is gross negligence in its most extreme form," Youngkin told Fox News.
"There must be resignations," the Republican declared. "In fact, people who have not resigned, I don't understand how they can possibly go into their next school board meeting. How can they go into their next school board meeting and be expected to sit there and represent our kids' future when they covered this up?"

I have been kinda following this case, and what they put the father thru trying to cover this up is appalling. Everyone of those fuckers need to be strung up including some of the officers who arrested him at the school board meeting. I just don't understand why they would try to cover this assault up and not get the girl help and kick that boy out and maybe get him the help he needs. I just don't understand.

I've been reading up on it on the wife's facebook page and Ben Shapiro has been all over this.

BREAKING: Facts Sufficient To Find Loudoun County Teen Engaged In Nonconsensual Sex By Emily Zanotti • Oct 25, 2021 DailyWire.com • A Virginia court ruled Monday that there is enough evidence to find that a teen accused of sexually assaulting a fellow student in a Loudoun County high school bathroom in May “engaged in non-consensual sex.”
The Daily Wire broke the story of the sexual assault in Loudoun County last month, bringing to light two alleged rapes at two separate schools, one of which involved Scott Smith’s daughter. Smith was later arrested at a Loudoun County school board meeting — an incident that was later used to argue to the Biden administration that federal intervention was needed to prevent such incidents from rising to the level of “domestic terrorism.”
The teen who appeared in court on Monday is standing trial on two separate cases: one involving a female student at Stone Bridge High School and a different incident in a classroom at Broad Run High School, both in the Loudoun County school district. The teen, who reportedly identifies as “gender fluid” is alleged to have assaulted Scott Smith’s daughter in a girl’s restroom at Stone Bridge while wearing a skirt. Despite indications that he had committed a serious crime, the boy was transferred.
Just months later, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office issued a statement indicating that a second sexual assault happened at Broad Run.
“A teenager from Ashburn has been charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student at Broad Run High School. The investigation determined on the afternoon of October 6, the 15-year-old suspect forced the victim into an empty classroom where he held her against her will and inappropriately touched her,” the Sheriff’s department said in a release.
Sources told The Daily Wire last month that the two incidents involved the same alleged attacker; later reports from Fox News and the Daily Mail confirmed that the same student was involved in both incidents.
The alleged attacker was expected to plead guilty at a court hearing in Loudoun County on October 14, following the negotiation of a plea agreement. The second attack, however, happened on October 6th, and the Smith family was later told that the two incidents would be dealt with at the same time, during a hearing on October 25th.
On Monday, at the planned hearing, a judge found sufficient evidence that the teen sexually assaulted a fellow student in May. A sentencing hearing will be held at a later date, likely November.
“We are relieved that justice was served today for the Smith’s daughter. This horrible incident has deeply affected the Smith family, and they are grateful for today’s outcome,” the family’s attorney said in a statement.
“No one should have to endure what this family has endured, and now their focus is completely upon their daughter’s health and safety as she progresses forward with her life. She is a very smart and strong young woman, and she is deeply loved by her parents,” the attorney, Bill Stanley of The Stanley Law Group of Virginia, added. “Both Jessica and Scott Smith will continue to do everything in their power to protect her, and help her through this difficult time in her life. The Smith’s daughter is a survivor and a fighter, and we are confident that she will grow even stronger with each passing day.”
The Smith family is also pursuing a civil suit against Loudoun County public schools and announced on Monday that they plan to seek a retraction from the National School Boards Association, which used Scott Smith, who was arrested at a Loudoun County school board meeting on June 22 and used by the NSBA as an example of how parent behavior at school board meetings was becoming increasingly violent.
Smith was at the meeting to hear the board’s discussion of a gender-neutral bathroom policy and was arrested following remarks by the school superintendent Scott Ziegler, who claimed that there had been no reports of rapes in Loudoun County school bathrooms.

The teenage immigrant in Houston who was charged with murder and aggravated assault in a car crash that killed three valet drivers has made bail.
Ahmedal Tayeb Elnouman Modawi, who is originally from Sudan and not a U.S. citizen, was charged with three counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault with serious bodily injury following the Oct. 1 crash, Click 2 Houston reported.
The 17-year-old made bail this weekend and is required to wear an ankle monitor under house arrest until his next court hearing on Dec. 15. He will be permitted to attend school and church during that time.
Modawi’s bond was originally set at at $350,000, which included $100,000 for each murder count. A judge later reduced the bond to $220,000 - $60,000 for each murder count, plus $40,000 for the aggravated assault.
Modawi, who also worked as a valet, was reportedly doing doughnuts in a parking lot on the evening of Oct. 1 in a client’s car. A police officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but Modawi took off.
The car then hit three valets, 22-year-old Eric Orduna, 23-year-old Nick Rodriguez and 18-year-old Fnan Measho, before flipping and crashing into a fence. The men were declared dead at the scene. Modawi and a passenger in his car also sustained injuries.

Well he might be a ruthless autocrat but this is the most intelligent thing I’ve heard from a world leader for decades:
(CNS News) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin, a former lieutenant colonel in the KGB, strongly criticized the "woke," social justice warriors in the United States and Europe, arguing that they behave just like the Bolshevik Communists did in the former Soviet Union.
They are ruled by a "dogmatism bordering on absurdity," he asserted, noting that "cancel culture" is nothing more than "reverse discrimination," and teaching children that sexuality is flexible is potentially "a crime against humanity."

When words come back to haunt you:
Hannah Gutierrez Reed, the armorer on the set of "Rust" where the cinematographer was accidentally shot and killed last week, may need to look for a new home.
The "Rust" armorer’s landlady revealed on Tuesday she’s kicking out the 24-year-old because she "doesn’t want her living there anymore." Reed, the armorer on the set, recently said on a podcast that the best part of her job is showing people that guns aren’t as scary as one may think. "I think the best part about my job is just showing people who are normally kind of freaked out by guns how safe they can be and how they’re not really problematic unless put in the wrong hands," Reed said on "Voices of the West."
Reed revealed "Rust" was her second movie where she was in charge of the weapons on set. Her father, Thell Reed, is also a well-known Hollywood armorer. Reed also said on the podcast that "loading blanks" into a prop gun is the "scariest thing to me." "You have to like look at the front of it and determine which one is the blank if it’s dummied up. That’s how I tell at least," she explained. "Every movie I’m learning new and new things — it’s all very quick."

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man entered an Alford plea in the death of a 14-year-old girl who authorities said was strangled and stabbed more than 20 times in a random attack outside a store in June. Arthur Kollie, 22, entered the plea Monday in the death of Jupiter Paulsen. With the plea, the Fargo man maintains his innocence, but acknowledges there is enough evidence for a conviction. Charging documents say a sanitation worker saw Kollie attack the girl the morning of June 4 outside a Party City store in Fargo. The witness told police he saw Kollie strangling her. After Kollie ran away, the worker said he began life-saving efforts and called 911. An autopsy said the cause of death was asphyxiation by strangulation complicated by multiple sharp-force injuries. The girl was stabbed more than 20 times, according to court documents. Kollie told investigators that he suffers from anxiety, depression and multiple personality disorder and had used methamphetamine that day, KVLY-TV reported, citing court documents. Investigators have found no evidence that Kollie and the girl knew each other. Kollie initially pleaded not guilty Monday in Cass County District Court to felony counts of murder, robbery and aggravated assault, but later in the day changed that to an Alford plea. Perp: Victim:

Obama stepped in to criticize the revolt as “fake outrage.” Just a deplorable trick by deplorable parents to win the culture war for the deplorables. You know some of these parents are going to repent and submit to the Solomon caliber wisdom of the Great Obama.
