A Rutgers University professor said, "We got to take these motherf---kers out," when discussing White people in September.
Brittney Cooper, an associate professor in the Rutgers University Department of Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies, made the comment during an event titled, "Unpacking the Attacks on Critical Race Theory," hosted by The Root.
"Like, the thing I want to say to you is we got to take these motherf---kers out. But, like, we can't say that, right? We can't say, like, I don't believe in a project of violence. I truly don't," Cooper said.
Cooper also said that she believes that "White folks" are not "eternal."
"But I do fundamentally believe that things that have a beginning have an ending. All things that begin end. White folks are not infinite and eternal, right?" Cooper said. "They ain't going to go on for infinity and infinity. And that's super important to remember that white colonialism and imperialism has a beginning. And in my way of thinking about the world, that means it has an end."
She added that "Whiteness is going to have an end date, because despite what White people think of themselves, they do not defy the laws of eternity."
"But Whiteness is largely an, you know, an inconvenient interruption," Cooper said.

The so called community and the moral compass:
NAACP president Derrick Johnson urged all pro free agents, in a letter sent to all major players associations on Thursday, to avoid signing with any team in Texas.
"As we watch an incomprehensible assault on basic human rights unfold in Texas, we are simultaneously witnessing a threat to constitutional guarantees for women, children, and marginalized communities," Johnson and NAACP Texas president Gary Bledsoe wrote to the players associations for the NFL, WNBA, NBA, MLB, and NHL. "We must stand up for what is right and protect our loved ones from the dangerous attacks on freedoms taking place in Texas."
The NAACP specifically cites Texas' effective six-week abortion ban, its recently enacted voting restrictions, Gov. Greg Abbott's (R) battles to ban COVID-19 masking and vaccine requirements, and the newly signed congressional district maps.
"Over the past few months, legislators in Texas have passed archaic policies, disguised as laws, that directly violate privacy rights and a woman's freedom to choose, restrict access to free and fair elections for Black and brown voters, and increase the risk of contracting coronavirus," Johnson and Bledsoe wrote. "If you are a woman, avoid Texas. If you are Black, avoid Texas. If you want to lower your chances of dying from coronavirus, avoid Texas."
"Texas lawmakers have destroyed the state's moral compass by passing these laws," the letter concludes. "In return, we are asking that you seek employment with sports teams located in states that will protect, honor, and serve your families with integrity."
Texas is home to several prominent pro sport teams, including the Houston Astros, who are currently playing in the World Series.

I used to only fly Southwest. Still my favorite airline but closest SW airport is 2.5 hours away so I don’t fly them much anymore.

Lying sack of shit! Attorney General Merrick Garland told members of the Senate Judiciary Committee last week that the Department of Justice would provide information that led Garland to issue his memo calling for DOJ intervention in matters related to actions and words directed toward school board officials, but the DOJ has failed to do so by the Nov. 1 deadline set by Republican senators.
The same day that Garland testified, eight GOP committee members sent a letter addressed to Garland calling for any information that inspired the memo other than the letter sent to the Biden administration by the National School Boards Association calling for federal action. Garland had acknowledged that the letter impacted his office's decision-making, but he insisted that it was not the sole basis for the memo.
"Pursuant to this commitment," the letter said, citing Garland's agreement to turn over information, "please provide all evidence you personally used or relied on between Wednesday, September 29, 20201, and Monday, October 4, 2021 – other than the content of the NSBA letter dated Wednesday, September 29, 2021 – that formed the basis for the memo issued by the DOJ dated Monday, October 4th that addressed '…harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff."
The senators said they specifically chose Nov. 1 as the deadline because it was exactly five days after the hearing.
"Because you were able to distill your evidence and craft a memo that fixed the gaze of the FBI directly on concerned parents across this country in just four days, you should be able to share that evidence with us in the same period of time," the letter said.
The request was signed by Sens. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, Mike Lee, R-Utah, Tom Cotton, R-Ark., Thom Tillis, R-N.C., Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., and John Kennedy, R-La.,
Fox News reached out to the Justice Department for a statement on why it failed to respond by the deadline, but it did not immediately respond.

According to new documents received by Judicial Watch and exclusively provided to Fox News, Maryland's most populous county, Montgomery County, launched a "psychoeducational lesson" teaching children in schools that there is a "dual pandemic" involving COVID-19 and "systemic racism." Materials recommended that teachers buy the Ibram X. Kendi book "Antiracist Baby" as "the perfect gift" for "ages baby to age 3." The documents come amid intense debate about critical race theory (CRT) in schools, after Virginia Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin won the 2021 governor's race on a platform banning CRT. Many parents have opposed CRT – a framework that involves deconstructing aspects of society to discover systemic racism beneath the surface – as divisive and racist. "This material details how extremist race politics and CRT are being used to target children for political ends," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement on the documents. "Politics should immediately be removed from the curriculum of Montgomery County Schools. These CRT-laden teachings have no place in any American classroom." In an Aug. 26, 2020, email to Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) principals, Associate Superintendent Janet S. Wilson announced that "all schools will be required to implement a student psychoeducational lesson during one of the school's mandatory Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) block [sic] before September 18, 2020. This lesson will provide students crisis facts about the dual pandemic (COVID-19 and systemic racism) that is occurring around the country and here in Montgomery County." An instructional video for teachers begins with instructions on how to set up Zoom classes to make "students saving and sharing the chat for later" less likely, the instructor directs teachers to use a "scripted response." "We are currently living through a dual pandemic with COVID-19 and the Systemic and Structural racism occurring worldwide," the instructor coaches teachers to say. "A pandemic is defined by an outbreak of a disease that occurs over a wide geographic area and affects an exceptionally high proportion of the population. As you can see from this slide [featuring a Black Lives Matter protest poster], both are affecting lives of people in our community and around the world."
