So now that the Dems are throwing around the idea of cancelling all student loan debt has anyone informed them that if a person has say $30,000.00 in student loans cancelled that under the IRS code that is considered income and thereby taxable? Is this the real reason Bernie wants to cancel $1.6 billion dollars in loan debt so he can have a one time tax influx on $1.6 billion in income?

Stay classy hard left: George Lopez didn't hide his feelings towards President Donald Trump with his latest post shared to social media. Amid the ongoing immigration debate, the former Lopez Tonight host took aim at the president's family. The comedian and former sitcom star posted an animation to his Instagram account featuring Trump's former wife Ivana and current wife Melania labeled as immigrants, while his children were all marked as an "anchor baby." George Lopez proving once again that he is a fucking moron. Only in a TDS mind would the children of an American citizen, born on American soil, be labeled as an "anchor baby." Lopez was funny at one time but after his long time wife donated a kidney to him to keep him alive only to have him file for divorce a couple years later I lost all respect for the clown.

The so called community: St. Louis County Police Officer Mike Langsdorf was killed in duty Sunday afternoon in North St. Louis County on Page Avenue. Officer Langsdorf had been with the North County St. Louis Police Department for 3 months. The suspect struggled with Officer Langsdorf and then shot him at point blank range in the back of the neck. The bullet traveled through his neck and out his chest. North County Cooperative Police Officer Michael Langsdorf was called to Clay’s Wellston Food Market in the 6200 block of Page shortly after 4:30 p.m. Sunday after receiving a report of someone cashing a bad check. After arriving at the scene, the 40-year-old officer was confronted by the suspect, identified as Bonette Kymbrelle Meeks, during which a struggle ensued inside the store near the counter, according to police. Video surveillance inside the store reportedly captured the entire incident as it unfolded. Police said during the struggle, the officer and suspect ended up on the floor. Major Ron Martin described the following moments during a press conference Monday morning: At some point Officer Langsdorf was on top of Meeks, I don’t know how, looking at the video, Mr. Meeks was able to do it, but he was able to pull a gun from his waistband, strike Officer Langsdorf in the side of the head a few times, which caused Officer Langsdorf to be in kind of a daze and lose his hold on Mr. Meeks. Mr. Meeks was able to stand up and stand over Officer Langsdorf as Officer Langsdorf was on the ground facedown, stomach down. Mr. Meeks had the gun in his hand, pointed the gun to the back of Officer Langsdorf’s head and fired one shot.

So I know we all have our political issues that we gravitate to. The bible thumping and hypocrisy of the GOP is terrible. In general I dont trust them. The DNC on the other hand with their support of BLM/reparations/free college/green new deal/open borders is just too much for me. These people are simply the worst.

You’r IQ has to be over 120 and you’ve never been committed to the funny farm. Kind of like jury duty on steroids. Lets get people in there who don’t want to spend a lifetime in politics and maybe something will get done.

I haven’t noticed any change in my internet speeds, service or cost. I think I remember Pimp saying this net neutrality thing was going to ruin everything...wonder what changed? It's almost like people just immediately jumped to the worst case scenarios because it involved Trump. No matter what the guy does there are people screaming that the sky is falling and it is the end of humanity. As I have said many times, Trump could cure cancer and a certain percentage of this country and a large percentage of the media would immediately report the story as "Trump puts thousands of doctors out of work."

You won’t hear much about this from the so called media.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in the Pacific Northwest are taking the unusual step of criticizing Washington state’s new sanctuary state law and giving detailed examples of the danger they believe it presents to the public.
The office recently issued a press release which lists seven cases in which ICE requested detainers on criminal illegal aliens being held in local jails and those requests were ignored, many with tragic consequences.
According to ICE, Rosalio Ramos-Ramos was arrested last January for murder and dismembering his victim. It happened just months after Ramos was released from a Washington jail despite ICE’s request for an immigration detainer and notification of his pending release, neither of which were honored.
ICE also cites the case of Mexican national Martin Gallo-Gallardo, who was in a Clackamas County Oregon jail. The statement said jail officials ignored ICE’s request for an immigration detainer and notification of release. Gallardo was released and within months was re-arrested, this time for allegedly murdering his wife.
The most recent case involves Francisco Carranza-Ramirez, who was also in the U.S. illegally. He was convicted of raping a wheelchair-bound Seattle woman twice. He was sentenced to time served and released, under the judge’s order that he self-deport back to Mexico. King County Sheriff’s officials say he eventually did return to Mexico, but not before assaulting his victim a third time.
Meantime, Washington state just passed what some immigration advocates are calling the strongest sanctuary state law in the country. It forbids local jails and state prisons from honoring ICE immigration detainers and even prevents corrections officials from even letting ICE know about the pending release of a criminal illegal immigrant. The law also instructs the attorney general to draft new rules restricting ICE agents from making immigration arrests at courthouses and hospitals.
In signing the law, Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee reportedly said, “We will not be complicit in the Trump administration’s depraved efforts to break up hard-working immigrant and refugee families.”

Not notifying ICE of pending releases is stupid however. TRO

The reason is simple. At least 90% of the media in this country cares far more about illegal immigrants than you and me. If some citizens have to be raped, robbed, murdered, etc so illegals can come here and not be in fear of arrest, then they’re fine with that.

www.npr.org/2019/06/26/736177694/a-father-and-daughter-drowned-at-the-border-put-attention-on-immigrationVery sad, especially/obviously for the little girl. However, this is mostly the parents fault and I don’t have much sympathy for them. If you do dangerous stuff, this can happen and adults need to be 100% accountable for their actions. Basically, the dad murdered his daughter. Where our government can be blamed is past and current congress and presidents, dem and rep, (prior to Trump, who is the only president who has tried to stop this madness) who have created a situation where illegals/migrants now believe they can come here with no legal ramifications, where ICE is somehow the bad guys for enforcing laws that have been on the books for decades, and sanctuary cities/states only encourage this crap.

Here is a very easy question the so called media could ask all of the leaders to get them on the record. (they will never do this)
In your opinion, are our borders safe and secure?
This is a simple yes or no question and one that is most certainly of national concern but we wont ever see this questions asked because the so called media = the DNC.

Leading media personalities and top Democratic officials have gone from saying there was no crisis at the southern border to saying there is one in just a few short months.
Hosts on CNN and MSNBC like Joe Scarborough, Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, Nicolle Wallace and others went along with Democratic talking points earlier this year that the Trump administration had manufactured a crisis at the border to secure wall funding.
Illegal crossings have increased since then, but the situation at the border has been untenable for years. Now with increased reporting on poor conditions at border detention facilities for children, the situation has again been deemed a "crisis."
"He's lied so much about the realities of what he's calling a crisis," Cuomo said in January.
Then this month, he told CNN's Anderson Cooper he hadn't seen a "crisis" as "openly understood and ignored" as the situation at the border.
"Tonight, the president tries to sell a crisis that the facts tell us does not exist," MSNBC's Brian Williams said ahead of Trump's Oval Office address about the border in January.
"This entire situation, which many have argued is a bona fide crisis at our southern border," Williams said three months later.
"The big scam of the whole address was that there's a crisis. There's not a crisis," Wallace said on MSNBC following Trump's Oval Office speech.
On Monday, Wallace read a New York Times article about the "stench" at a holding center and said it put into relief the "humanitarian crisis" underway.
Scarborough accused then-Homeland Security secretary Kirstjen Nielsen of "lying" about a "crisis on the southern border" in January, before blaming Trump for the "crisis" there last week.
CNN's Erin Burnett used finger-quotes on the word "crisis" while previewing Trump's speech, saying he had to "prove that there is one." She referred to the situation as a "crisis" on her show OutFront on June 6.
Lemon said in January the situation was a "manufactured crisis" meant to distract Americans from the Russia investigation.
"It's a crisis, and we're going to drill down on some of the numbers from this humanitarian crisis," Lemon said on June 7.
The same goes for leading Democrats like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.), Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.), and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D., Md.).
Hoyer firmly said in February there was "no crisis at the border," but CNN's Manu Raju asked him this week if the emergency bill proposed by House Democratic leadership was enough to address the "crisis at the border." Hoyer didn't disagree with Raju's wording, calling it a good bill.
Schumer and Pelosi both accused Trump of manufacturing a crisis in January, and Schumer said in a floor speech that month that "President Trump again tried to claim there was a crisis at the border. The fact is migrant crossings have been declining for nearly two decades."
This month, Schumer is pushing legislation to "grapple with the real challenges at the border, and do more to reduce the number of migrants who feel they need to flee their countries in the first place."
When challenged last month on her words about it being a manufactured crisis, Pelosi replied, "Well, let me just say this. We have never not said that there was a crisis. There is a humanitarian crisis at the border, and some of it provoked by the actions taken by the administration."
