I love the optimism of the guy they interviewed...”take them to jail and make their parents come get them.” I’m guessing most of those kids don’t have a mom and dad at home wondering where little Johnny is, which is the root cause of this problem in the first place.

The man just turned 90 and still has the fire in his belly. Good for him.
“I woke up this morning thinking it was going to be another great day. I've been celebrating with friends, family and the community since I turned 90. I've told you about the gracious gift of $117 million that was collected and given in my honor to four charities that mean a lot to me. All that happiness blew up because I said in a newspaper interview that I have supported and will continue to support Donald Trump. Boom! Negative stories... vicious threats, without cause, to boycott the company that has enabled my foundation to give billions to support autism, medical research, education, heart and neurological issues like stroke, and to help our veterans. The company that I retired from in 2002 and have not had a business relationship with in almost 20 years. A company that has employed more than a half-million people. The people who work there are affiliated with both political parties or no party at all. They are of all religions and all colors and backgrounds. Why would people want to hurt them? All because I give my voice and some of my money to our President. Am I in China? Argentina? Russia? That's what it feels like to me. It saddens me that our country has come to this, where I, as a private citizen, cannot express my feelings. It angers me and it saddens me, but it sure as hell is not going to stop me. If you thought it would, you've got the wrong guy. In the next ten years, God willing, I will accomplish more to save this world than my critics will do even if they had forty lifetimes.”

Wakanda?
CAPE TOWN - When most Americans think of Cape Town, South Africa, they probably think of it as a mecca for tourists – the beaches, Table Mountain, and the winelands.
But there’s a side to the city that is becoming more of a frightening reality – murder, much of it gang-related.
“Going to a shop is life-threatening, traveling in a taxi is life-threatening,” Elsies River Community Policing Forum Chair Imraahn Mukaddam told Fox News. “We are living in a war zone. A lot of violence here is orchestrated by a third force – the street gangs, who want to make the Western Cape almost ungovernable.”
The violence is not in Cape Town’s tourist areas. But in the neighborhoods of crowded apartment blocks and low-income housing near the Cape Town International Airport, known as the Cape Flats.

The so called community AKA "aspiring rapper"
YNW Melly is putting on a brave face as he awaits trial in his double murder case ... flashing a huge grin and looking generally happy during a court hearing.
Check out this footage from Melly's court proceedings Thursday in a Broward County courthouse ... he's smiling like a kid on Christmas and yukking it up with his legal team, despite being heavily shackled in his jail jumpsuit.
Not much happened in the hearing ... some procedural paperwork to officially add a couple lawyers to his defense team, but the mundane process didn't seem to bore Melly.
At least from the outside, it seems like the rapper's upcoming trial doesn't have him fretting much, which is interesting ... considering prosecutors have already said they will seek the death penalty.

Ha Ha Ha Ha
CNN is suffering a credibility crisis as viewership for the once-proud network continues to crater with no apparent plan in place to fix things anytime soon, according to media watchdogs and insiders.
CNN’s audience shriveled in the second quarter of 2019, averaging only 541,000 total viewers, less than half Fox News Channel’s 1.3 million average. But CNN struggled even more during the primetime hours of 8-11 p.m. ET, finishing as the fifteenth most-watched network on basic cable behind networks such as TLC, Investigation Discovery and the Hallmark Channel. CNN averaged a dismal 761,000 primetime viewers while FNC averaged 2.4 million.
The Hill media guru Joe Concha told Fox News that CNN's freefall may not be slowing.
“The numbers warrant concern, yes. Q2 was a particularly news-rich quarter highlighted by the release of the Mueller report and all the aftermath and controversy following it, plus the launch of several high-profile Democratic candidacies including Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg to propel 2020 coverage into high gear,” Concha said. “It may only get worse in Q3 given the numbers we’re already seeing.”
CNN did not immediately respond when asked for comment.
CNN started off the third quarter with “the network’s lowest average since 2015” when it comes to primetime viewers among the key demographic of adults age 25-54, according to TVNewser. But the network has extended various contributors through the election, indicating that its apparent anti-Trump programming strategy will remain in place for at least the duration of the president’s first term.
“You know the answer,” a longtime CNN employee said when asked if staffers are panicked about the ratings decay before declining further comment.
Another current CNN employee told Fox News that there is widespread concern about the network’s ratings problem, but high-profile hosts such as Anderson Cooper remain unfazed. “The people that are concerned – it’s certainly not the anchors who have lucrative contracts – it’s the people among the lower levels, such as producers and show bookers,” the employee said.
A third current staffer told Fox News that CNN “is clearly doing something wrong if the ratings are like this,” before asking, “So why don’t we try something different?

Remember all the flack Trump took for call Haiti a shithole (he is right by the way)? So is SF:
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco Police are looking for the car burglary suspects accused of ramming a tourist in front of his son near the Legion of Honor.
"It's a risk parking here definitely," said William Hamilton, a local artist who came to the museum to see the Reuben paintings.
Visitors to the Legion of Honor were shocked at the news. "That makes me sick. That's really hard to hear," said Sarah Hanns, a tourist from Portland.
A tourist was run down by burglars in their vehicle Tuesday in the late afternoon. It happened when he began snapping pictures of them as they broke into his parked rental car.
"In doing so, he was interrupted by the suspect vehicle which struck and ran into the victim," said San Francisco police spokesman Rob Rueca.
The victim is reportedly from Oregon. He is a father in his 40's visiting with his teenaged son.
The man was rushed to Zuckerberg San Francisco General with life-threatening injuries.
"There's so much history here and it's just so beautiful, said Hanns.
Wednesday was another normal day at the Legion of Honor. The parking lot littered with shattered glass. We counted glass in more than a dozen spaces.
Lola Wood thought she was lucky finding a parking place until she looked down.
"This is probably why this parking spot is open. They saw the glass on the ground." Then she realized something. "There's not even any police around."

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco residents fed up with having their cars broken into multiple times have taken matters into their own hands. They're hoping to connect with would be thieves on an emotional level. Fed up with having his vehicle broken into four times over a year and a half, Felix Kubin decided to express his frustration, writing on the rear windshield, "Thank you for letting this glass remain unbroken. We are a poor family with two kids. No values inside except diapers." "Maybe they feel pity or like empathy," Kubin told ABC7 News. On the driver's side window he wrote, "No valuables inside except baby's milk." On the rear passenger window he wrote, "Nothing to take valuable in this car. Thank you." Kubin and his wife learned what would work the hard way. First break in, they lost $1,500 worth of sporting goods. "I think maybe it's my fault I left the car in such a place," said Kubin. Second break-in, they lost just a bag, but in a third break in at Golden Gate Park, much more. "That time we was really upset because it was all my official papers," said Kubin. "My passport, social security, working permit, everything, it was my wallet, it was two phones," he continued. The fourth break-in was on Otis Street. "I see the thieves just open and see milk and diapers and left it," said Kubin. That's when he decided to use a marker to plead his case as a dad. Kubin says he thinks thieves are using a tool that breaks glass in an emergency. "It makes treasure hunting in somebody's cars much more easy," he told ABC7 News. Other people have shared photos with ABC7 News of similar pleas to thieves. One person wrote their entire glovebox was stolen and assures potential criminals they only have eight CDs in the car. The note even lists the CDs. Another person wrote, "Please do not break into the car. It has been broken into SIX TIMES ... we cannot afford paying for more car windows." Another person simply wrote, "All Valuables Have Been Removed." Chief Scott tells ABC7 News he believes it's a small group of people that are responsible for a lot of the issue. He says SFPD is focused on identifying who those people are and bringing the best cases to the District Attorney's office for prosecution.

The so called community strikes again:
A hit-and-run driver accused of plowing into a San Francisco police officer on bicycle patrol in the city’s Tenderloin a year and a half ago, leaving the officer with a severe brain injury, was found guilty Thursday of a multiple crimes.
A San Francisco Superior Court jury found Willie Flanigan, 51, guilty of assault with a deadly weapon, evading an officer and resisting an officer, each causing serious bodily injury, as well as hit and run, reckless driving and other charges.
The jury deliberated for two days before returning the verdict to a courtroom packed with nearly 50 police officers, many from the Tenderloin Station where Officer Elia Lewin-Tankel worked when he was struck in October 2017.
Lewin-Tankel, 34, was hit on Oct. 18, 2017 while responding to the area of Turk Street and Van Ness Avenue, where officers spotted Flanigan in a stolen Lexus sport utility vehicle.
Assistant District Attorney Asha Jameson played video during the trial showing Flanigan speeding off and the harrowing police chase. Flanigan steered the wrong way on one-way streets to avoid capture before veering into a parking garage between Turk Street and Golden Gate Avenue.
As he exited the garage onto Turk, he blew through a stop sign and steered around a double-parked box truck before colliding head-on into Lewin-Tankel, who was riding against traffic while responding to the call. Flanigan fled the scene and was captured hours later.
Lewin-Tankel was knocked into a coma and underwent major brain surgery. Paramedics believed he was dead and doctors later prepared his family, including his pregnant wife, for the worst.
He’s since been recovering at a rehab facility in Arizona, where he started to recognize his loved ones. He can stand on his own and he can hold his 1-year-old son, but he still faces a life-long road of recovery, prosecutors said.
Flanigan has a long criminal history in California, including two previous cases in which he led law enforcement officers on chases in stolen vehicles. In 2007, he fled police in Antioch, crashed and ran onto a freeway before being captured. Then in 2015, he led California Highway Patrol officers on a chase reaching 100 mph down Highway 101 in San Mateo County. He was captured when he ran out of gas and was sentence to two years in state prison. He was released shortly before the incident that forever derailed Lewin-Tankel’s life.
Before suffering a brain injury, Lewin-Tankel was in law school at the University of San Francisco and was an outgoing member of the force. His supervisors placed him on bicycle patrol so he could be visible in the community and interact with people in the neighborhood.
Flanigan originally faced additional charges of attempted murder, battery on a peace office and assault on a peace officer, causing serious bodily injury, but those counts were rejected by a judge during a preliminary hearing.
“For us, most of the big issues were how the case was charged at the beginning,” Flanigan’s attorney, Deputy Public Defender Alex Lilien, said.
In his closing arguments, Lilien focused on the assault with a deadly weapon charge, saying the incident was “awful,” but the collision wasn’t intentional.
“I would have hoped for an acquittal on the assault with a deadly weapon based on the evidence and the fact that the other charges cover the conduct pretty well,” he said.

This is pretty funny because the DNC will use the race card for far less if the accused happens to be a republican.
Rep. William Lacy Clay, D-Mo., added to the mounting Democratic criticism of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., slamming her "inappropriate" suggestion that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is singling out the New Yorker and her "squad" of fellow freshman because of their race.
Speaking to Fox News on Thursday nice, Clay hammered Ocasio-Cortez's suggestion.
"It was such a weak argument to say she was being picked on and that four women of color were being picked on by the Speaker," he said.
"It tells you the level of ignorance to American history on their part as to what we are as the Democratic Caucus.

This might shake up a few people It will piss people off...but won’t really accomplish anything. Getting that question on the census would have been great. It most likely would have reduced the number of liberal reps in congress from big cities and increased membership from more rural areas...which would be a good thing for trying to return sanity to DC. It would have worked either way...either illegals would be scared and not answer at all, or they would be counted as illegals...either way they wouldn’t count towards congressional representation.

Remember the lady who claimed Trump raped her in the 80's in Bloomingdale's in a book and then the media bent over backwards to give her as much media time as possible? Turns out nobody appears to be buying what this woman is selling.
E. Jean Carroll’s book accusing President Donald Trump of rape has sold almost no copies, despite major coverage while a book critical of the Justice Brett Kavanaugh proceedings is the top seller on Amazon with no such treatment.
Carroll’s book, “What Do We Need Men For?” is ranked #3421 on Amazon. It sold only 1,900 copies in its first week, according to BookScan data. By comparison, “Justice on Trial” is the #1 book on Amazon, selling 4,500 pre-orders on Amazon before it was even released July 9, the book’s publisher, Regnery, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. The book by Mollie Hemingway and Carrie Severino documents the rush to judgment and flawed narrative surrounding Christine Blasey Ford, who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of an attempted sexual assault.
The 1,900 BookScan total for Carroll’s book includes bookstores as well as Amazon. It covers the week of June 30 to July 6; Carroll’s book was released July 2. It does not appear anywhere in the BookScan list of top 50 nonfiction books.
The comprehensive figure is not available for the Kavanaugh book because it was more recently released.
Marji Ross, president of Regnery, said the sales figures highlight a gap between the media and what the American public is interested in, as well as legacy media’s declining influence.
1,900 copies is the equivalent of 13 sales per TV appearance.

denver.cbslocal.com/2019/07/12/protests-ice-aurora-immigration-raids/I’m pretty sure we’ll see this used in the campaign next year...the Stars and Stripes vandalized and then replaced by the Mexican flag on US soil. Only the most radical alt-lefties will think this is okay. The middle and independent voters are being pushed away from the dems. They might not vote for Trump, but if they stay home and don’t vote its still a win fir Trump.

The congressional black caucus (CBC) and the House Dem Caucus official twitter account are hammering AOC and her chief if staff. There are at least two separate videos of CBC members calling out AOC for race baiting and the twitter feud is obviously public. Funny, when you google that topic the only hits come back to Fox News, Slate and other right wing news outlets...wonder why this isn’t on the main stream news? If the CBC was criticizing a republican, the Trump admin, a white male, etc this would be the top story everywhere...

This is not fake news. This part of an oath he made to his wife. The reporter wanted to follow him for a day on the campaign trail and he said fine as long as you bring a male employee. Because the woman is a reporter she is likely strongly biased against any conservative candidate. He is being very smart here. As an FYI I don’t have meetings one on one with female employees with the door closed in my office. I have seen he said she said ruin more than one career. Look at what the DNC was willing to do to the judge based on zero evidence. Based on that partisan hack job I don’t blame any republican lawmaker for doing doing this. When I coached sports I had a two deep rule that said I won’t be the only adult on the field with the kids. Some other non or dad had to step up or no practice would be run. A police union boss urged members to put politics aside and “stand shoulder-to-shoulder” with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents during raids expected on Sunday in cities across the country, according to the letter released Saturday
“[ICE] will be apprehending individuals who are criminally wanted for crimes committed under the United States Code of Laws,” Sergeants Benevolent Association President Ed Mullins wrote in a letter sent out Friday to union members, who are sergeants in the NYPD. “We, the members of law enforcement, do not write these laws, nor do we engage in the politics and or opinions of the laws.”
Immigrations raids targeting undocumented immigrants are expected to begin Sunday, targeting at least 2,000 immigrants in cities nationwide, according to a New York Times report.
A lawsuit filed Thursday by the American Civil Liberties Union, along with other advocacy groups, indicated the raids are meant to target undocumented immigrants facing deportation because they missed their immigration court hearings.
“I further encourage you to NOT leave any ICE Agent abandoned if in need of assistance and to stand shoulder to shoulder with each agent so that they too can return home safely to their families,” Mullins further states.
“They are members of law enforcement just like you and we must never participate in the politics being applied upon our duty to uphold the law.”

The 9th circuit backs up Trump? Hell has frozen over
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled for the Trump administration Friday in a case concerning the withholding of federal funds for local policing from so-called sanctuary cities.
A three-judge panel of the court ruled 2–1 that the Justice Department could deny Community Oriented Policing Services grants to cities and states that have “sanctuary” policies prohibiting law-enforcement cooperation with federal immigration authorities.
Los Angeles, a sanctuary city, sued the Justice Department when it was denied a $3 million grant under the administration’s policy. The Ninth Circuit’s ruling reversed the decision of a California court in that suit.
“The panel rejected Los Angeles’s argument that DOJ’s practice of giving additional consideration to applicants that choose to further the two specified federal goals violated the Constitution’s Spending Clause,” Judge Sandra Ikuta wrote for the majority. “The panel held that DOJ did not exceed its statutory authority in awarding bonus points to applicants that selected the illegal immigration focus area or that agreed to the Certification.”
Judge Kim Wardlaw, writing in dissent, called the Justice Department’s objective of attempting to have local authorities cooperate on illegal immigration “Orwellian.”
Trump issued an executive order in January 2017 limiting the provision of federal funds to sanctuary cities, but its implementation has been tied up in courts since then.

This is the same woman HRC loves so much. She was front and center at the judges ambush. Look at her now.
Actress Alyssa Milano continued to attack the Trump administration Saturday when she suggested that Vice President Mike Pence's Friday visit to a migrant detention center in Texas was similar to Nazi leader Heinrich Himmler visiting a Soviet POW camp.
Milano tweeted the side-by-side, black-and-white images showing a photo of Pence below a photo of Himmler, the main architect of the Holocaust.
