The so called media exposed yet again and this time they do take action: Newsweek 'fires' journalist who reported Trump was golfing for Thanksgiving before he secretly travelled to Afghanistan A Newsweek reporter who wrote that Donald Trump would spend Thanksgiving ‘tweeting, golfing, and more’ - hours before he touched down in a surprise visit to US troops in Afghanistan - has reportedly been fired. The visit was kept highly secret for the president’s safety, and his public schedule said he would be at his Mar-a-Lago hotel in Florida on the holiday, where he would make calls to selected military members. That led Newsweek’s Jessica Kwong to write an apparently speculative article, saying Mr Trump would likely spend the day on the golf course, and firing out missives on Twitter.

The so called media:
MSNBC's "AM Joy" mistakenly used a picture of white supremacist Richard Spencer during a Sunday segment, about the former secretary of the Navy who shares the same name.
Spencer was fired from his post last Sunday, after a public disagreement with President Trump over the Eddie Gallagher Navy SEAL Trident case. Spencer supported further disciplinary action against Gallagher after he was cleared of war crimes, and moved to have his Trident pin taken away. Trump stepped in and said he would prevent that from happening, which led to Spencer's removal.
"CORRECTION: Earlier on #AMJoy as we were talking about former Navy secretary Richard Spencer we mistakenly showed the wrong image of white supremacist Richard Spencer," host Joy Reid tweeted. "We are very, deeply sorry for that mistake."

An ex-Bloomberg editor condemned the company’s editorial decision not to investigate its owner, former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, or any other Democratic presidential candidate.
In CNN appearance Sunday, Kathy Kiely, a former Washington news director for Bloomberg Politics, said that “the least-terrible option” would be to cover the former mayor “the way you would cover any other candidate, and you cover every candidate aggressively.”
“The press is a public trust, and I think most people who own news organizations understand that,” she added. “The people who work for these publications aren’t serving the owners. They’re serving the people, the readers, the viewers, the listeners, and so I think if you look at it that way, it’s a very easy call to make.”

The so called community "black Friday": An off-duty police officer who stepped in to help a woman who claimed her phone had been stolen was attacked by a group of teenagers at a busy outdoor shopping center in California on Black Friday.
The assault – which was captured on video – happened around 8 p.m. at the Bay Street Mall in Emeryville, located next to Oakland. The Emeryville Police Department said Monday a woman seen in surveillance video wearing white clothes approached a group of teenagers and accused them of taking her cellphone minutes earlier.
"She confronted them asking for her phone back. During the confrontation, the juveniles got aggressive with the victim and began to assault the victim," Emeryville Police Detective Jaime Pardo told reporters.
After spotting the commotion, a California Highway Patrol officer – who asked to only be identified as Greg B. – approached the group and tried to secretly take photos until one of the girls in the crowd noticed what he was doing.
"The group then turned toward him and became violent with him," Pardo said.
In the video released by officials on Monday, one of the teenagers runs at the off-duty officer and hits him. Another boy then punches him as he runs off until he is surrounded and attacked again. A security guard can be seen getting knocked down in the video while trying to respond to the unruly group.
"It was a melee. It was chaotic. It was a really scary situation," Greg B. told KTVU. "It should have never gotten to this point."
The officer said he tried to run away, but the teens surrounded him.
"But I know that when I let him go, he's going to swing at me. And I let him go. I push him and sure enough, he turns around and swings at me," he told KTVU. "I back up and that's when one of his friends came up behind me and struck me in the back of the head."
The officer, a former correctional officer at San Quentin Prison, said he never drew his gun during the incident. His girlfriend alerted mall security that he was an off-duty state cop.
"There was a lot of restraint that had to be practiced," he told KTVU. "And I had to do my best to stay in the moment."
Greg B. sustained a concussion, a broken finger and bruises after the assault. He said it was the third time he had to help someone at the shopping center. "I think this just came down to me not being able to look away and let this happen," he told KTVU. "I saw this young lady and she was going to be in a very bad situation." The Emeryville Police Department said Monday that two juveniles, ages 14 and 16, were arrested while six others are still being sought, according to KGO-TV.

Black Friday Minn style with bonus video/comment section for the win: www.yahoo.com/news/store-employees-maced-attempting-stop-111453447.htmlPolice in Blaine, Minnesota, have asked for help in identifying two suspected shoplifters who were confronted leaving a store in Northtown Mall on Black Friday. Video released by police shows a store worker snatch two shopping carts off the suspects as they were leaving the mall’s Burlington Coat Factory outlet. Another worker arrives, and both were sprayed in the face by a Mace-like substance. This causes one worker to fall over onto the suspects’ shopping carts. Despite the mayhem, the two suspects soon return to the store, to gather up merchandise and other items they dropped before fleeing again. One employee who was sprayed with the irritant needed to be taken to the hospital, local media reported. Police said the suspects were both black women in their early 20s.

A mob attack like that, resulting in a concussion, is worthy of shooting. He’d go through hell with all the media libtards in California, but no way a jury convicts him.

TRO ? I have no idea what this means s.wsj.net/public/resources/documents/U.S.v.LevParnasetalIndictment.pdfLev Parnas is a Soviet born naturalized American citizen. He was recently arrested and indicted in the above linked charges. He is also one of the persons tasked by Rudy Giuliani to attempt to discredit Robert Mueller and to attempt to discredit Hunter and Joe Biden. While not a central figure, he had a role to play in the events leading to the impeachment proceedings. What came to light, which was not previously known, is that Devin Nunes had contacted Mr. Parnas. The clipped phone records there are contact between Rep. Nunes and Mr. Parnas about a week before the publication of Mr. Mueller’s report. It might mean nothing. It probably means something. TRO

And so it begins:
A city in Illinois has announced it will create a reparations fund for its African American community through a new tax on marijuana sales.
Recreational use of the drug will become legal in the state from January and officials in Evanston, which is 12 miles north of Chicago, have voted to approve a 3 per cent tax on the sales to fund a local reparations programme.

Check out one of the so called legal scholars the DNC called to testify. If the so called media was honest they would not dare put someone out there like this.
Stanford Law School professor Pamela Karlan, one of three witnesses called by Democrats to testify on the first day of the House Judiciary Committee’s impeachment inquiry, once admitted to despising President Donald Trump so much that she crossed the street rather than walk by one of his hotels.
In a 2017 American Constitution Society panel discussion — which also included former Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol and was moderated by the Washington Post‘s Ruth Marcus — Karlan repeatedly launched into rants about Trump’s “outrageous” behavior both before and after he was elected, repeatedly saying that he “worries” her and questioning whether he is able to tell the difference between truth and falsehood.
She shared the anecdote about avoiding the Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC, in her very first statement for the panel. “I came in from the airport yesterday and I got off the bus from Dulles down at L’Enfant Plaza and I walked up to the hotel and as I was walking past what used to be the old post office building and is now Trump hotel… I had to cross the street, of course,” she said.
“Are you staying there?” Neil Siegel, a fellow panelist, asked.
Karlan responded, “God, no! Never!”

And more from this fine Stanford professor:
Karlan also claimed President Trump has “sexually assaulted more women than 99.99% of all of the people who have entered this country illegally.” The aside came in the middle of a monologue where she expressed fear that Trump’s opponents may never reach a “red-light moment” to end his term in office.
“Every day Trump says something outrageous and people go, ‘ah, at least it’s not as outrageous as the day-before thing.’ I remember this during the campaign, where he would say things, and you would think, ‘okay, that’s the end.’ When he mocked John McCain for having been shot down. When he made fun of the reporter with the disability. When the infamous tapes about grabbing women came out, and you kept thinking– [KRISTOL: “The Mexican judge”] The Mexican judge, the rapists — Donald Trump has sexually assaulted more women than 99.99% of all of the people who have entered this country illegally. By himself, he’s done more. And people have stopped — think about it, because it’s just like every day it’s a new one. And I worry about that, because I think that may stop us from ever getting to the red-light moment.” [emphasis added]
According to FEC records, Karlan donated $1,000 to the presidential campaign of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in July. When pressed on that fact by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Karlan vented during another lawmaker’s time: “I have a constitutional right under the First Amendment to give money to candidates. At the same time, we have a constitutional duty to keep foreigner from spending money in our elections.”

The so called media/DNC:
The House Judiciary Committee will begin impeachment hearings on Wednesday, but the individual who got the entire ball rolling won’t be present. The whistleblower is AWOL.
Top House Intelligence Committee Republican Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., pointed out on Nov. 19, “Now that the whistleblower has successfully kickstarted impeachment, he has disappeared from the story — as if the Democrats put the whistleblower in their own witness protection program.”
This key figure’s absence is especially stunning, given that Democrats were for the whistleblower’s testimony before they were against it. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., wrote her colleagues on Sept. 22 announcing that Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire would testify before House Intelligence on Sept. Pelosi stated that members of Congress “expect that he will establish a path for the whistleblower to speak directly to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees as required by law.” “We have been informed by the whistleblower’s counsel that their client would like to speak to our committee and has requested guidance from the Acting DNI as to how to do so,” House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., announced Sept. 24, via Twitter. “We’re in touch with counsel and look forward to the whistleblower’s testimony as soon as this week.” “We need to speak with the whistleblower,” Schiff, House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., House Foreign Affairs Chairman Eliot Engel, D-N.Y., and the late House Oversight Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., declared in a Sept. 25 joint press release. “Do I have your assurance that the whistleblower will be able to testify fully and freely and enjoy the protections of the law?” Schiff asked Maguire at a Sept. 26 Intelligence hearing. Maguire replied, “Yes, congressman.” Schiff insisted on Sept. 29 that the whistleblower should appear “without a minder from the Justice Department or from the White House to tell the whistleblower what they can or cannot say. We’ll get the unfiltered testimony of that whistleblower.” But Democrats then spun the Impeachment Express 180 degrees.
Mark Zaid — an attorney for the whistleblower, whom Schiff claimed a month earlier was working to unveil his client — said on October 24 that the whistleblower “is completely irrelevant, as the complaint is now public, and the primary actors at senior levels are being interviewed by members of the House from both political parties.” “The whistleblower will go down in history as a hero for kicking off this process,” said Rep. Jamie B. Raskin, D-Md., a House Oversight Committee member. “But the whistleblower is no longer integral to the investigation in any way.” Nunes proposed having the whistleblower testify before the Intelligence Committee. In a Nov. 9 letter, Schiff replied, “an ever-growing body of evidence ... not only confirms, but far exceeds, the initial information in the whistleblower’s complaint.” Schiff continued: “The whistleblower’s testimony is therefore redundant and unnecessary. In light of the president’s threats, the individual’s appearance before us would only place their personal safety at grave risk.” Schiff took an ugly, nasty turn here, suggesting that President Trump’s statements defending himself against his invisible accuser somehow would expose the whistleblower to violence.
What explains Schiff and the Democrats’ head-spinning whistleblower flip-flop? “The media have fully accepted the Democrats’ stunning reversal on the need for the whistleblower to testify to this committee,” Nunes explained at a November 19 impeachment hearing.
“When the Democrats were insisting on his testimony, the media wanted it too. But things have changed since it became clear the whistleblower would have to answer problematic questions that include these: What was the full extent of the whistleblower’s prior coordination with Chairman Schiff, his staff, and any other people he cooperated with while preparing the complaint? What are the whistleblower’s political biases and connections to Democratic politicians? How does the whistleblower explain the inaccuracies in the complaint? What contact did the whistleblower have with the media, which appears to be ongoing?”
If the whistleblower testifies under oath, inconvenient truths will erupt. So, Democrats reckon, they are better off sticking a sock in his mouth.
Bucknell University student Michael Malarkey contributed research to this piece.

My guess is the so called media wont say much about this story.
Eight people, including major Hillary Clinton donors and a witness in the Mueller investigation, have been charged in a massive campaign-finance scheme, the Justice Department announced on Tuesday.
The individuals conspired to “make and conceal conduit and excessive campaign contributions” valued around $3.5 million in the 2016 election campaign and beyond, according to the announcement. Although the indictment does not specifically name the recipient of the donations, it is clear that the contributions went to groups allied with Clinton’s presidential campaign.
One of those charged, George Nader, is a Lebanese American businessman who was a witness in the Mueller report. Nader was also caught in 2018 in possession of child pornography, but received partial immunity in exchange for testimony in the Mueller investigation. He faces between 15 to 40 years in prison if convicted on child-pornography charges.
Also indicted on campaign-finance charges was Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, who hosted a fundraiser for Clinton in Los Angeles in 2016 and who conspired to conceal campaign donations from 2016 to 2018.

Of course the so called community was involved here:
The two robbers killed in Thursday’s wild shootout with police after a jewelry store heist were both criminals who were released from prison in 2017 — and one of them had previously robbed a jewelry store, state records show.
The FBI on Friday said Lamar Alexander and Ronnie Jerome Hill, both 41 and of Miami-Dade County, died in the shootout after they robbed a jewelry store in Coral Gables and carjacked a UPS driver, taking him hostage and leading police on a chase to Miramar. Alexander completed a 10-year prison sentence in 2017 for an armed jewelry store holdup in Lee County in 2008, and has a record. He has served at least 22 months in jail on strong-arm robbery and burglary charges. Hill’s criminal history in Florida is much lengthier. He has been arrested at least eight times in Florida. He was first sent to prison in 1994 for a four year sentence for multiple burglary charges out of Miami-Dade.
Hill was sent back to prison in 2016. He finished his year-long prison sentence two years ago.
Hill’s brother, Corey Smith, told WPLG-Ch. 10 the following: “He made bad decisions in life and it cost him his.”
In addition to the robbers, two others died, including a UPS driver taken hostage, Frank Ordonez, whose truck was hijacked. It’s unknown who shot him amid the barrage of bullets.
A bystander, identified by Local10 News as Richard Cutshaw of Pembroke Pines, also died in the tumult. He was sitting in his black Lincoln Mercury during the mayhem.
