To those that think TDS is not a real thing. President Trump may have finally broken Joy Behar. "The View" co-host had a weird outburst on Friday when she appeared to violently try to pull out her earpiece, provoking a gasp from the audience. "I'm crazy today, he's made me crazy this week," she said. "He's winning because I'm getting nuttier and nuttier." The show had just aired a clip from Trump's speech in which he mentioned his "total acquittal" in the impeachment saga. She’s right about one thing...President Trump’s winning because she and many other alt-lefties are getting nuttier. I mean, think how bad the left has to be for President Trump to even have a chance in November? Although I agree with most of his policies, the guy is a complete clown at times.

Trump is such a complete shit show. There can be no doubt about that. He is a slime ball lying ego maniac. On policy i am fine with much of what he has done but certainly not everything. The DNC decided to stomp their feet and make up ways to remove him from day one. Had they played this right they would easily topple Trump but no they went hard left. Let them see how out of touch they are with most the country. Bother they or the GOP still understand why Trump won and for now that favors the GOP.

New York State officials said on Friday that they planned to sue the Trump administration over its decision this week to ban thousands of New Yorkers from enrolling in programs that allow travelers to circumvent long lines at airports and borders.
The lawsuit would be the latest escalation in tensions between President Trump and his former home state, after the Department of Homeland Security said on Wednesday that it would block New York residents from participating in Trusted Traveler Programs, which includes Global Entry.
The decision was a response to a recent New York law that lets undocumented immigrants who live in the state obtain driver’s licenses. The statute, known as the green light law, also prohibits federal immigration officials from gaining access to Department of Motor Vehicles databases without a court order.
The Trump administration accused New York of interfering with federal law enforcement’s “efforts to keep our nation secure” by adopting the law. The administration has said it would lift the Trusted Traveler ban if New York granted them access to motor vehicle records.

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the Ukraine expert at the National Security Council who became a star witness in the House impeachment hearings on President Trump's dealings with Ukraine, was escorted out of the White House on Friday, his lawyer said, adding Trump had "decided to exact revenge."
"There is no question in the mind of any American why this man's job is over, why this country now has one less soldier serving it at the White House. LTC Vindman was asked to leave for telling the truth," David Pressman of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP said in a statement.
"The truth has cost LTC Alexander Vindman his job, his career, and his privacy. He did what any member of our military is charged with doing every day: he followed orders, he obeyed his oath, and he served his country, even when doing so was fraught with danger and personal peril. And for that, the most powerful man in the world - buoyed by the silent, the pliable, and the complicit - has decided to exact revenge," Pressman said.
The White House and National Security Council were not immediately available for comment.
Earlier on Friday, Trump was asked by a reporter whether Vindman would be leaving. "I'm not happy with him. You think I'm supposed to be happy with him? I'm not. They'll make that decision. You'll be hearing," Trump said.
Here's the full statement from Alexander Vindman's lawyer David Pressman:
Today, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman was escorted out of the White House where he has dutifully served his country and his President. He does so having spoken publicly once, and only pursuant to a subpoena from the United States Congress.
There is no question in the mind of any American why this man's job is over, why this country now has one less soldier serving it at the White House. LTC Vindman was asked to leave for telling the truth. His honor, his commitment to right, frightened the powerful.
During his decades of service to this country, LTC Alexander Vindman has served quietly but dutifully, and he has served with honor. He came into the public eye only when subpoenaed to testify before Congress, and he did what the law demanded. In recent months, many entrusted with power in our political system have cowered out of fear. And, yet, a handful of men and women, not endowed with prestige or power, but equipped only with a sense of right borne out of years of quiet service to their country made different choices.
They courageously chose to honor their duty with integrity, to trust the truth, and to put their faith in country ahead of fear. And they have paid a price. The truth has cost LTC Alexander Vindman his job, his career, and his privacy.
He did what any member of our military is charged with doing every day: he followed orders, he obeyed his oath, and he served his country, even when doing so was fraught with danger and personal peril. And for that, the most powerful man in the world - buoyed by the silent, the pliable, and the complicit - has decided to exact revenge.
LTC Alexander Vindman leaves the White House today. But we must not accept the departure of truth, duty, and loyalty that he represents. In this country right matters, and so does truth. Truth is not partisan. If we allow truthful voices to be silenced, if we ignore their warnings, eventually there will be no one left to warn us.

I don’t want any law enforcement agency to have unfettered access to DMV records - let them get a court order. Hell, just tell ICE to run to the FISC I hate so much if they are so concerned. TRO Edit: why does this administration constantly feel the need to operate outside current law, more so than any administration I can think of?

I can’t say with certainty but I think there would have been more than a week of “won’t someone think of the children?!?” from politicians if it went beyond the law passed. Classifying a lot of those documents post facto was a bad look but I still have doubts it was running afoul of the law. It is quite amazing how someone as reviled as Mr. Trump can continue to persuade enough of the public to support him - he might be the best snake oil salesman to have ever lived. He has overstated the demise of the cis white male to stoke images of tribalism and nationalism in a large swath of that demographic (yes, there are others who voted for him but the via white male population is the driver of his political success). He and Boris Johnson have a LOT in common as both are quite smart but in public put forth a generally approachable rhetoric. Where the media have failed is they give such attention to all the public gaffes to keep Mr. Trump in the public eye - right where he wants to be as a relatable figure to cis white males. His public persona and cult of personality are truly astonishing to watch, as are the complete overreactions by the DNC and the media. It may seem I am implying Mr. Trump is an idiot with that statement but I am not - he is however getting democrats to start acting like him in public and destroying them with his experience. TRO

The DNC and their policies owns this.
The gunman who targeted New York City police officers in back-to-back shootings over the weekend, wounding two, has a history of violence that includes a prior gun battle against cops and an attempted murder conviction from nearly two decades ago, investigators said.
The still-unnamed suspect, who police believe carried out two “assassination attempts” on officers in the Bronx less than 12 hours apart, had been paroled in 2017 after an attempted murder conviction in 2002, Police Commissioner Dermot Shea said Sunday at a news conference. In 2002, the suspected gunman had shot a man and then carjacked a woman as he fled, Shea said. His bid to escape came to an end when he crashed the car and traded gunfire with New York City police officers.
Since his parole more than two years ago, he has one recorded arrest for which he was already scheduled to appear in court, the commissioner said.

Get the popcorn out.
Former national security adviser Susan Rice told Snoop Dogg to “back the **** off” from CBS News journalist Gayle King after the rapper slammed King for an interview she did about late NBA legend Kobe Bryant.
King came under attack on social media last week after a clip from a recent interview she did with former WNBA star Lisa Leslie that included a question about Bryant’s 2003 sexual assault allegation went viral.
“We expect more from you, Gayle,” Snoop Dogg said in an Instagram video last week. “Respect the family and back off, b---h, before we come get you," he added along with other disparaging remarks. In response, Rice tweeted, “This is despicable. Gayle King is one of the most principled, fair and tough journalists alive. Snoop, back the **** off. You come for @gayleking, you come against an army. You will lose, and it won’t be pretty.”

A police union says the men and women of New York City’s finest are now “declaring war” on Mayor Bill de Blasio following a pair of shootings targeting officers in the Bronx over the weekend.
The fiery rhetoric directed at the Big Apple’s Democrat leader -- who has implemented several measures critics say are hostile to police – comes as the NYPD filed charges against suspect Robert Williams in both attacks.
“Mayor De Blasio, the members of the NYPD are declaring war on you!” the Sergeants Benevolent Association wrote in a tweet. “We do not respect you, DO NOT visit us in hospitals. You sold the NYPD to the vile creatures, the 1% who hate cops but vote for you.
“NYPD cops have been assassinated because of you,” the tweet added. “This isn’t over, Game on!”

So for once Bloomberg was speaking truth, and most sensible thing. That may cost him the nomination.

The so called media will never report this:
In a new episode of Fox Nation's "No Interruption," Tomi Lahren sat down with the president of Black Lives Matter of Greater New York, Hawk Newsome, who argued that his organization and others like it are justified in using destruction to call attention to their grievances with American society.
"The riot is the language of the unheard," said Newsome, who compared modern-day protests to The Boston Tea Party.
"What if you throw a whole bunch of tea in the water and start a war?" he asked rhetorically at another point in the interview. "That's what this country was built on."
Lahren specifically challenged Newsome over recent anti-police protests in the New York area and, most notably, a Jan. 31 demonstration involving reportedly thousands of protesters who flooded transportation stations and hubs around New York City.
The protests were reportedly organized by a collection of 30 grassroots groups called "Decolonize This Place."
Protesters carried signs with slogans like "F*** the Police" and "No cops! No fares!" NYPD Chief Terence Monahan said in a tweet that some individuals even attempted to "physically assault" police officers.
While Lahren said she disagreed with Newsome's assessment of the police, she said she wanted to focus on the tactics of the movement.
"I'm not going to disagree with what you believe in... What I'm saying is this -- when we're talking about solving problems, the methods in which I've seen groups like Black Lives Matter advance their ills or societal grievances -- when it turns into burning, looting in the streets, I don't see it being productive," said Lahren.
Newsome claimed that destructive protests are rare, but he did not condemn them.
"For a country that drops bombs on people, for a country that incarcerates people, for a country that enslaves people -- to criticize us for vandalism is preposterous," said Newsome.
"I want to make sure I'm getting you clearly," pressed Lahren. "It is OK to vandalize, to light things on fire and to loot businesses because the United States of America drops bombs on other countries, and because we have problems... people have grievances."
"It is OK to act in that manner? And you co-sign on to that as the chairman of Black Lives Matter. You were saying that that is OK?"
"I think that it is a tool of white supremacy to say if you want freedom, then you get it by protesting peacefully," said Newsome.
"Why is it a tool of white supremacy?" he concluded. "Because the white supremacists who built this country never earned anything peacefully. They did it through bullets and blood. And that's the American way.

Anyone surprised?
Former Memphis City Schools Board President Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted former Trump adviser Roger Stone on obstruction charges last year -- and soon afterward, a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light.
Meanwhile, another Stone juror, Seth Cousins, donated to former Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke and other progressive causes, federal election records reviewed by Fox News show. And, yet another juror's husband reportedly worked at the Justice Department division that played a role in prosecuting Stone.

Well, 53% of the voting populace voted for Hillary Clinton so the only surprise to me is how incompetent Mr. Stone’s attorneys were during voir dire. But I get it - Mr. Stone should only have been judged by a jury of his peers so that would be Paul Manafort, Michael Cohen, Michael Flynn, Rick Gates, George Papadopoulos and Alex van der Zwaan - you know, his peersTRO

If you are a strong activist one way or another it is a fair factor for a trial of a political figure. Do you disagree? Kinda like the motive behind a person making an accusation 30 years after the so called fact with zero evidence, witnesses, yet Marching against the man that nominated him. The vast majority of Americans have never marched for anything political nor have they donated for any candidate or cause. We should be able to find people to fill a jury in a political trial that are not hard partisans.
