I need advice  mrs. cjelli's car was hit when in a parking lot. The woman (likely a person in her 60s-70s) left her a note admitting the guilt. Kudos. We got her insurance details as well. What is now the best way to act: * We file a claim with our own insurance company (AAA) with all the documentation * We file a claim with her insurance company (GEICO) with all the documentation * She files a claim with her insurance company with all the documentation A couple of years ago I was likewise hit in the rear by some guy - that case was simpler, I was in the car at the moment. The guy immediately took responsibility and filed a claim with his agency which then took over and sent me to their body shop, provided me with a rental etc. etc. I think this lady is more confused. Thanks in advance! |

For those that have been to Kauai, any recommendations? Wife has a ton from a co-worker who has a time share there.
We have Fern Grotto, Couples Massage, Koloa Rum tour, Kauai Coffee tour, the lighthouse, and a various other few places to eat.
So hit me with your best places you like for whatever reason! (also have the luau thing squared away too! so don't need that).
This is in April for her 40th.

We have Fern Grotto, Couples Massage, Koloa Rum tour, Kauai Coffee tour, the lighthouse, and a various other few places to eat. So hit me with your best places you like for whatever reason! (also have the luau thing squared away too! so don't need that). This is in April for her 40th. Make sure you hike into the waterfalls on the Na Pali coast trail on the North side of the island. Absolutely incredible. |

Great place to take her for her 40th I will look up what beaches we liked. |
