Holy shit! Forget the headline, Irvine is 42% Asian? Bill Gertz - SEPTEMBER 27, 2019 1:40 PM Police in California are investigating at least two cases of people posing as Chinese police driving cars with markings of the Communist Party of China's People's Armed Police (PAP). California Highway Patrol spokesman Florentino Olivera said an Asian man was arrested Sept. 10 after reports he was impersonating a PAP officer while driving a black Audi A4 with PAP markings and a Chinese national symbol. Photos of the car were posted on the CHP Facebook page with notice that police responded to several complaints regarding a male Asian driver impersonating a PAP officer. "The driver was arrested and charged with impersonating a peace officer and for forging/possessing a fraudulent public seal," the notice said. Police are looking for a second white vehicle also reported to bear PAP markings in the same area of Irvine, Calif. The town's population is 42 percent Asian American, and many residents are Chinese American. Are your HQ in danger of infiltration? HQ is now in San Jose...............

This is getting crazy.
It’s now against the law in New York City to threaten someone with a call to immigration authorities or refer to them as an “illegal alien” when motivated by hate.
The restrictions — violations of which are punishable by fines of up to $250,000 per offense — are outlined in a 29-page directive released by City Hall’s Commission on Human Rights.
“‘Alien’ — used in many laws to refer to a ‘noncitizen’ person — is a term that may carry negative connotations and dehumanize immigrants, marking them as ‘other,'” reads one passage of the memo. “The use of certain language, including ‘illegal alien’ and ‘illegals,’ with the intent to demean, humiliate, or offend a person or persons constitutes discrimination.”
The directive goes on to list several examples of acts and comments that would run afoul of the restrictions, including harassing people over their accents or grasp of English, or wielding the threat of a call to Immigration and Customs Enforcement as a tool of hate.
“A hotel prohibits its housekeepers from speaking Spanish while cleaning because it would ‘offend’ hotel guests or make them uncomfortable,” reads one hypothetical.

Jesus, New York is turning into California. Just yesterday the people of Berkeley said they won't use the term Gourmet Ghetto anymore for the part of town that has some of its best resturants. It's a negative connotation

Beside that, they're right. When you want to shoot, shoot, don't talk. Don't threaten anyone with a call. Just call the authorities.

How many times have we seen this from the so called community?
A Virginia sixth grader who claimed three of her white male classmates held her down and cut off her dreadlocks is now saying she made up the entire story.
Amari Allen, an African-American 12-year-old who attends Immanuel Christian School in Springfield — a private school where second lady Karen Pence teaches art — reported the alleged incident last week. She told several media outlets that three boys at school pinned her down and cut off her hair, and local police opened an investigation.
"They said my hair was nappy and I was ugly," she told WRC-TV. "They put their hands over my mouth. They put my hands behind my back. And they started cutting my hair and saying it was ugly."
The girl's grandmother said she was doing Amari's hair one day when she realized portions of her dreadlocks were missing, which is when the girl told the story.
"It was like she just died. That's how painful it was for me," the girl's grandmother, said after the girl made the allegations.
Her grandfather said his "heart just broke" and that he "was just paralyzed."
But on Monday, her family released a statement saying the accusations made by the 12-year-old girl had been fabricated.
“To those young boys and their parents, we sincerely apologize for the pain and anxiety these allegations have caused,” said a statement from the girl's grandparents obtained by The Washington Post. “To the administrators and families of Immanuel Christian School, we are sorry for the damage this incident has done to trust within the school family and the undue scorn it has brought to the school. To the broader community, who rallied in such passionate support for our daughter, we apologize for betraying your trust.”

FAIRFAX, Va.– The National Rifle Association of America declared victory in San Francisco today, after Mayor London Breed formally disavowed key provisions of a municipal resolution that signaled the blacklisting of contractors linked to the Second Amendment advocacy group.
On September 3, 2019, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, which is the legislative body for the City and County of San Francisco, unanimously approved a resolution that called for the City to investigate ties between its contractors and vendors and the NRA. The city declared the NRA was a “domestic terrorist organization.” Not surprisingly, the NRA sued.
On September 9, 2019, less than a week after the resolution was enacted, the NRA challenged it as government action adversely affecting its First Amendment rights. In its filing, the NRA called the resolution a “blacklisting” measure, and urged San Francisco’s federal court to “step in and instruct elected officials that freedom of speech means you cannot silence or punish those with whom you disagree.”
Late last week, rather than await “instruction” from a court, San Francisco Mayor London Breed backed down. In a formal memorandum to City officials, she declared that “no [municipal] department will take steps to restrict any contractor from doing business with the NRA or to restrict City contracting opportunities for any business that has any relationship with the NRA.”

The so called community speaks.
The University of Tennessee Police Department released footage Tuesday of Tennessee Volunteers linebacker Jeremy Banks’ comments to officers after he was arrested on an outstanding warrant, including one remark in which he tells a civilian riding with officers: "Where I'm from, we shoot at cops."
Banks, 20, was arrested after he initially was pulled over for an illegal U-turn on Sept. 15. The video shows Banks’ interaction with the officers. Banks had a warrant for his arrest issued on Aug. 21 for failing to appear in court in July for a misdemeanor driving with a suspended license charge, according to the Knoxville Sentinel At the time of the arrest, Banks had a polite demeanor toward the arresting officers. He told them he “never met no police officers as nice as y’all” but his attitude changed as the ride continued. He then asked the officers “What you would do without that badge?”
“I should’ve ran, test y’all’s speed,” Banks said. “Y’all would’ve never catch me. That’s what I should’ve did. Next time, I am, I promise you. Never again y’all boys will take me to jail. Not UT police.”
Banks also addressed a woman who was in the car for a ride-along.
Ma’am, I don’t think you want to be an intern, because where I’m from, we shoot at cops. I’m from Memphis, Tennessee,” he said.
Video of the incident was obtained by WBIR-TV.

The madness of the hard left:
Representative Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich.) told Detroit’s police chief on Monday that the city should hire only black people to work with the department’s facial recognition technology since “non-African Americans think African-Americans all look the same.”
The Detroit-area Democrat made the comment to police chief James Craig, who is black, during a tour of the Real Time Crime center. The department invited her to take a tour after she criticized the city’s facial recognition technology in an August tweet, saying Detroit police “should probably rethink this whole facial recognition bull***t.”
“Analysts need to be African-Americans, not people that are not,” Tlaib said during the tour. “I think non-African Americans think African-Americans all look the same.”
“I’ve seen it even on the House floor: People calling Elijah Cummings ‘John Lewis,’ and John Lewis ‘Elijah Cummings,’ and they’re totally different people,” the progressive congresswoman continued, referring to two African-American members of Congress. “I see it all the time, and I love them because they go along with it.”
“I trust people who are trained, regardless of race; regardless of gender. It’s about the training,” Craig responded.
“I know,” Tlaib said. “But it does make a huge difference with the analysts.”
Tlaib said her comments referred to studies showing that people of one race are less likely to correctly identify individuals of another race.
“The studies [Tlaib referred to are] related to cross-race effect or other-race effect,” Tlaib’s spokesperson said in a statement. “This has shown that individuals are less accurate when identifying people from a race other than their own.”
“Detroit has a black population of more than 80%, so that is where her basis came from and what she was trying to convey when it comes to accurate identification,” the spokesperson added.
In an interview afterwards, Craig flipped Tlaib’s comments around on her, calling them racist and saying they may showcase a double standard.
“If I made a similar statement people would be calling for my resignation right now,” Craig said. “So is it a double standard?”
“It’s insulting,” the police chief said. “We have a diverse group of crime analysts, and what she said — that non-whites [sic] should not work in that capacity because they think all black people look alike — is a slap in the face to all the men and women in the crime center.”
“That’s something we train for, and it’s valuable training, but to say people should be barred from working somewhere because of their skin color? That’s racist,” he said.

DUBLIN — A man accused of breaking into a woman’s home while she slept and sexually assaulting her was arrested by Dublin Police, the agency announced Saturday. Jatonio Simmons, 24, was arrested Friday just before 5 p.m. at the Mape Memorial Park, police said. On Thursday at 11:50 p.m. a woman awakened to a stranger touching her inappropriately, according to police. Although police searched the area, they were unable to locate the man. They suspect he entered through an unlocked back door of the residence on Tamarack Drive. Further investigation led police to Simmons, and a arrest warrant was issued for him on Friday. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail on suspicion of sexual assault and residential burglary. He is expected to appear in court on Monday at the East County Hall of Justice in Dublin for his arraignment.

One of the accused triggermen in a deadly Kansas shooting early Sunday remained "armed and dangerous" and on the loose Monday amid a desperate police hunt that had already netted one of the men believed to be behind the barroom bloodbath. Javier Alatorre, 23, was taken into custody Sunday afternoon in Kansas City, Mo., by multiple agencies, including the FBI, who were investigating the shooting at Tequila KC Bar in Kansas City, Kan., which left four people dead and five others wounded. But the second suspect, identified as 29-year-old Hugo Villanueva-Morales, remained on the run, Kansas police said. He's considered armed and dangerous. Both men have been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and have had bonds set at $1 million. Police spokesperson T.J. Tomasic said Sunday the 1:30 a.m. shooting inside the bar was the result of an earlier altercation in which one of the suspects had reportedly fought with several people inside the establishment. It wasn't immediately clear if the incident involved Villanueva-Morales or Alatorre. The fracas arose at about 11 p.m. when a bartender — who had previously experienced problems with the suspect — refused to serve him, The Kansas City Star reported. In the flap that followed, the suspect reportedly threw a cup at the bartender and subsequently was kicked out with the help of four people. Around the bar's last call, the suspect came back with another man and both opened fire, the bartender told cops. “It’s a pretty small bar,” Tomasic told the news outlet. “You have two guys come in, start shooting, people are just running. People are just running wherever they can.”

The so called community:
Jurors in Illinois have convicted two gang members of murder in the execution-style killing of a 9-year-old boy, who was shot in 2015 in an act of retaliation against his father.
Late last week, following separate trials that lasted three weeks, 25-year-old Dwight Boone-Doty and 31-year-old Corey Morgan were found guilty in connection with the death of Tyshawn Lee.
Two juries determined that Boone-Doty and Morgan deliberately targeted Tyshawn as he was making his way home from school, luring him into a Chicago alleyway with a promise to buy him a snack before killing him.

What the fuck. Recall this loser
With a stroke of his pen, California Governor Gavin Newsom has redirected part of the money you pay at the pump with the state’s gas tax to the railway system and other projects.
Governor Newsom signed Executive Order N-19-19.
It calls for leveraging billion in annual state transportation funds to reduce green house gases and emissions.
The order directs money away from fixing local highways, stalling important projects here in the valley.
Valley Assemblyman Jim Patterson (R)-Fresno, is upset and wants Republicans and Democrats in the state to speak out.
Assemblyman Patterson says, “One of the very first things Governor Newsom decides to do, is put forward an executive order and his people at Caltrans have decided they are going to terminate addition north and south freeway lanes on Highway 99 in Tulare and Madera County. I’m almost speechless with response to this.”
According to the Caltrans report, the projects cost a total of 17-million dollars.
But that is not all.
The report also states some $61-million in uncommitted funds will be held in reserve for priority rail projects and other priorities aligned with Executive Order N-19-19.
Assemblyman Patterson says, “When you pay for gas and you pay a gas tax, a railroad is not a highway. This is bait and switch. This is saying one thing and doing something else. I just think all who represent California both Democrats and Republicans have better step up and stand up and say Mr. Governor you can’t do this.”
CBS47 reached out to Caltrans about its report to delete the widening projects on Highway 99. A spokesperson said she hadn’t seen the report.
California State Transportation Agency released a statement regarding this report:
“The state is confronting the climate crisis head on. In doing so, Caltrans will use available transportation dollars to prioritize projects that manage congestion and reduce vehicle miles traveled in order to curb greenhouse gas emissions. Those who claim the state is canceling projects funded by gas tax dollars are incorrect. Aligning climate goals with transportation goals requires new thinking, not obstructionism. With the long lead time to plan, design, and construct transportation projects, we must act now to achieve our climate goals.”
CALIFORNIA TRANSPORTATION SECRETARY DAVID S. KIM CBS47 also reached out to Governor Newsom’s office, at the time of this report no one got back to us.

The DNC has a tribal view on justice:
Tina Tchen, a Chicago attorney who served as Michelle Obama’s chief-of-staff, was tapped as the new chief executive of the national advocacy organization “Time’s Up” on Monday.
“[We’re going to] work hard at the root cause of sexual harassment: because sexual harassment occurs when we have workplaces that aren’t diverse, that aren’t inclusive, that don’t respect their workers,” Tchen said in the announcement on Twitter. “And so we’re going to work with companies, with employers, with employees to make those workplaces ones that are safe, respectful, and where everyone can reach their full potential.”
Tchen co-founded Time’s Up’s legal-defense fund, the organization’s signature initiative to offer legal support for women in all industries facing workplace sexual harassment. The fund has so far raised more than $24 million.
Tchen, who was tapped in March to review a series of workplace-harassment allegations for the Southern Poverty Law Center, played a key role in the dropping of 16 felony charges against actor Jessie Smollett, who falsely claimed to be the target of a racially-motivated attack.
Per reporting from the Chicago Sun Times, Tchen, reportedly at the request of Smollett’s family, texted Cook County state attorney Kim Foxx to ask that she persuade Chicago Police Department superintendent Eddie Johnson to turn Smollett’s case over to the FBI. Tchen claims she made the request out of a desire to prevent media leaks.
Just days after Smollett claimed the crime had occurred, Foxx replied to Tchen saying she had made her case to Eddie Johnson, who ultimately refused to relinquish control over the probe.
“OMG this would be a huge victory,” Tchen wrote in response to a text message from Foxx. “I make no guarantees,” Foxx answered, “but I’m trying.”
Foxx later recused herself from the case, a move that prompted a letter from the Chicago Fraternal Order of Police asking the Department of Justice to open an investigation into Foxx’s handling of the situation. In June, a Chicago judge appointed a special prosecutor to look into the matter and suggested that Foxx acted improperly in her decision to hand over the case to a top deputy.
Michelle Obama took to Twitter to celebrate the announcement.
Let us not forget:
Chicago attorney Tina Tchen — who was in contact with Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx before the charges were dropped against former “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett — refused to be served with a subpoena on Wednesday, according to the process server.
Tchen, who previously served as former First Lady Michelle Obama’s chief of staff, refused to accept a subpoena that was issued by former Illinois Appellate Judge Sheila O’Brien.

And FU PG&E and the state of California. I was notified to prepare for up to seven days without power due to potential high winds in “my area”. I just spent $600 on a generator and peripheral equipment needed. CPUC and PG&E should reimburse everyone for these costs as this seems to be the new normal.
And the state wants to outlaw natural gas and make homes use only electricity to be green? My quest for a retirement landing place continues.
