Thanks Pete for the run to the finals. I will never forget that. See, I like the positivity. I got to see the big Shiney thing skated on the ice in person. Sorry, it wasn’t the Sharks holding it, but I hope to be in the building when that happens. |

So Roy Sommer is associate coach and Ricci is assistant coach. Nabby is now goalie coach. Whenever I’ve gone to a Barracuda game, Nabby and a Ricci were hanging together. The torch is being passed, for better or worse. |

Philadelphia Flyers forward Oskar Lindbolm will miss the remainder of the season after being diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma, a type of cancer the forms in bone or soft tissue.
He is scheduled to undergo further testing next week, followed immediately by treatment.

Fun Fact - A distant relative, second niece of mine earned a scholarship on Ohio State Univ womens hockey team. Not much playing time as a freshman, but involved with a pretty busy hockey schedule. This weekend, (today at 4p) #5 OSU Women Buckeyes plays #7 Princeton in Las Vegas.. Let's go Maddie !!!

Fun Fact - A distant relative, second niece of mine earned a scholarship on Ohio State Univ womens hockey team. Not much playing time as a freshman, but involved with a pretty busy hockey schedule. The Los Angeles Kings have placed forward Ilya Kovalchuk on unconditional waivers for the purpose of mutual contract termination.
Kovi would prefer to stay in the NHL, but has also has an offer in the KHL already tabled.
