Just somehow missed the coaching carousel and the Maple Leaks hiring Berube. What a change, from Dubas/Keefe to Treliving/Berube.

Just somehow missed the coaching carousel and the Maple Leaks hiring Berube. What a change, from Dubas/Keefe to Treliving/Berube. But it won't help. I hope so. The Leaf Players aren't built for a Berube style of Hockey, with the exception of a couple players. Mathews can play a heavy Game if asked to. The current lineup was a skill and speed lineup. I suspect BIG changes are Coming, Marner is all but gone! This should be an interesting change very curious to see if they make it out of the first round. If I was a betting man, I would say Yes that Berube will get them to at least the second round. On a side note, Pavelski looks like a shell of himself. I think Father Time has finally caught up with him. I usually end up eating shit after posting something like this watch him score a Huge Goal in the next couple of Games!! Go STARS GO PAVS!! |

Also heard Sharks asst coach Brian Wiseman has been on the radars of several teams looking to beef up their staff.

He got called a bad word during a game (rhymes with wussy), ran to the refs to tattle on the guy, Landon Sim, and that fella got suspended 5 games during the playoffs. Oh and did I mention that it all started because he threatened to break Sim’s shoulder (since it he was playing injured). But calling someone a bad word is bullying and harassment according to the OHL but him actually threatening to hurt someone isn’t. Oh and did I mention that none of that was included in the refs report of the incident, just that Sim called Hache a wussy. Oh and did I mention Hache’s dad is the head of OHL officiating? Oh and did I mention Sim couldn’t appeal the suspension at all because the OHL and David Branch are awful and won’t allow any appeals for suspensions under 10 games. So yeah, forgot Hache, don’t want him. And none of this is speculation, it’s out there. |

I did see that Sim was suspended but I thought he had used a racial slur. Seams pretty steep for calling someone a Pussy! He or his Dad won't have that kind of influence at the next level that's for sure!
