time to really pack up the house!
suck part is having to do the hotel thing Mon-Thurs. due to the house being tented.
Gotta double bag fridge foods.
told the wife, we might as well dump it and then just eat all next week. yeah it sucks but time to take the least amount things as possible!

I'd say about 80 or so issues from the 80's, 90's, 2000s. not all issues but some. but as my buddy who is moving too, says time to let go (though he is in the same boat too with playboys, comic books and the like). too bad I couldn't sell them.

Mrs. Danville found Drakes Denogginizer at Costco yesterday. Summer is good! This is a solid summer find! $4.89 (20 oz brown bottle) at Costco and $5.99 at Trader Joe's. Check the born-on dates, fresh is noticeable to the pallet. Also socially FYI, the Alameda County Fair starts today for a three week run. Great fun and a solid beer garden open daily. Nelly will be sipping a cold Denoggy at ACFs 'Loverboy' concert next Friday night.

It was a very ’Moooooving’ experience! Doh!

I had some all the way from the 70's up until I stopped the subscriptions in like 2010, I found a pawn shop that took them for a buck a copy.

Danville - Clarksburg - Colfax - Truckee From Northstar Lodge LIFE IS GOOD. The Olympic Village at Squaw Valley isn’t to far from there. They have a lot to do there. Really cool gondola ride up to the top of a mountain with a pool, restaurants, etc. They usually close for a week or so in June for a between season break, but I’m not sure which week it is this year.

This is a quick trip with the kids and the in-laws. We just hiked a bit around yesterday, then went down to the lake and hang around there, and then went to Rino for half a day. Now back, for some more trails, tomorrow we'll drive south to the US-50, hike somewhere along it and come back home via Placer.

That's our first time up in the mountains. I don't want to drive in winter there, but we'll definitely come again here maybe as soon as next summer, for longer, and then we'll explore more. This one was more to show the in-laws around.

Speaking of moving, since it sounds like a decent amount of y'all have moved recently. What did you guys do to get rid of large items (mostly furniture) that you didn't want to move? I know SJ provides large item pickup, but I think they limit how many items you can get rid of in one pick up.

You can put as much as you want and I bet half of it will be gone before they show up on collection day

Happy Fathers Day fellow hockey fans! Tough Fathers Day for us this year...my dad (best dad ever passed away Tuesday. Laying low this year. For those of us that are fathers, or will be fathers one day...never underestimate the importance of a father in the well being of children. IMO, you don’t have to be perfect...but you have to be “present” when your not at work.

At the end we decided to go back on I-80 and stopped at Fuller lake and later in downtown Lodi, the latter has been cleaned up and looks really nice.
Travel is good, but home is better.
