Golfed at the Aubri Brown event today. Good times. Do you have to run with the Illuminati or something to get into that event? Something like that.

He going to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Engineering school. You’re right about the beaches...we stayed in a VRBO on the beach in Isle of Palms, which I think is near Ormond, a few years back and really liked the area. Thanks for the other area tips also Is your son looking into becoming a Pilot? Yes, he’s on a full ride scholarship at Embry-Riddle via the Marine Corps. He earned the scholarship on his own and was supposed to go to The Citadel. However, the Marines gave him some test and he scored really high on that test, then they gave him some type of aeronautical aptitude test and he aced that also. So, then they redirected him to Embry-Riddle and promised him flight school once he graduates college.

Its paid for, but I’m not sure if its the Marines or the school paying for the actual in cockpit flight training, which he does on the weekends. After he got his scholarship from the Marines and sent to Embry-Riddle, we got notified that Embry-Riddle was giving him $52k in scholarships (he never even applied for those) to cover anything the Marines didn’t cover...even though the Marines say they pay for everything but food. They’re even giving him a few hundred dollars a month for “spending money so he doesn’t have to work and can focus on school.” It almost seems like the school and Marines are working together to make it all add up. One thing I know for sure...we haven’t paid a dime Its a rare scholarship that was almost a year long process to complete and is very complicated and confusing at times. The Navy told us only 712 kids got this scholarship in the country last year. Assuming he graduates, he’ll leave college as a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps with a full pilots license.

Could be worse: If so, perhaps you should trust this delicate medical procedure to someone other than a 74-year-old fetishist you met online. Responding to a Florida residence late Sunday night following a 911 hang-up call, police encountered homeowner Gary Van Ryswyk at the front door. The retiree explained that he “had that evening performed a castration to a male subject within the residence.” Police then located the patient in the guest bedroom, where the man “was holding a bloody towel to his groin region.” On a table next to the bed was a jar containing the man’s testicles, according to an arrest report. Since he was bleeding uncontrollably, the patient was flown to a Tampa hospital for “life saving measures.” During subsequent questioning, Van Ryswyk told cops that he met the patient through a web site for those interested in the eunuch lifestyle, and communicated with him via the Discord chat app. Seen above, Van Ryswyk, who has no medical training, told police that when he was “younger and living on a farm,” he would have to “perform castrations on animals to include bulls and such.” Noting that “castration was a fetish of his as well,” Van Ryswyk added that he had “removed his own right testicle during the year 2012.”

I was less than five minutes ahead of that crash and behind a guy that was intentionally getting a little sideways coming out of the onramp turn. When I heard the sirens from my driveway I thought maybe it was that guy. The next day, on my way home from work, I saw all the memorial stuff. I found out a couple days later about the kid from one of my neighbors. Tragic.

so to move off topic -
Been watching The Boys on Amazon. And I must say very entertaining!
Check it out. But it won't be everyone's cup of tea (like my wife, she doesn't fancy the Super Hero genre, though I told her that's just the theme but the boys are trying to prove that the supes are not all they are cracked up to be). (without giving it away).
Anyway fun watch so far!

"What are ya in for?" "I get off on cutting off guy's balls..." I think they'll get him before he gets theirs...

The switch to Xfinity is complete. Already called AT&T to tell them to fuck themselves. First person tried to claim we were under a new 2 year contract because of the equipment they just installed to replace their failing equipment. I laughed and said "Show me where we were informed of a new 2 year contract being entered into." Crickets......I laughed and said nice try now email me the sheet to take to the UPS Store to send all this crap back to you.

Tell him Southwest & FedEx(The founder of FedEx Mr.Fred Smith is a Marine Vet) they put Miltary Personal to the top of the hiring list & pay the most. My son is a pilot at FedEx now.. Good Luck

His plan is, if he gets jets in the Marine Corps he’ll do that until they kick him out or he retires, then off to the airlines. If he doesn't get jets, then he’ll fulfill his commitment, then straight to the airlines with his pilots license from Embry-Riddle. Did your boy fly in the military before Fed Ex?

He started Flying at 15 learning on the small planes, then he became a pilot trainer for people learning how to fly, then he got hire by United Express where he became Captain for 6 years, He got hired by FedEx 2 years ago. FedEx has 3 ways your son can get hired 1) Military 2) Being a Captain at another airline (Depending on how many flights you have under your belt 3) Check Airman (It's a Captain who trains/fly's with the new pilots to make sure they are up to the job.. Just a FYI for your son in the future, The interview process is 2 day's long..

Yesterday a guy came to cjelliko's advertising afterschool chess lessons. The guy invited the kids to play him. cjelliko took place in the line, and when his turn came, beat the "teacher" in something like 25 moves.
Reminded me of a woman on Nextdoor advertising her son as a chess teacher, because he "took chess lessons at school and even played once in a tournament!".
